Admission and Onsite Registration
Delegates must wear a badge to gain access to all ISTAT events. Your
badge gives you access to all sessions, breaks, lunches, receptions
and the Gala Dinner. Collect your badge at the registration desk in
the main lobby of the Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus. Onsite registration is
also available; delegates may pay by credit card only during the times
listed below.

Guest Registration
Delegates may make last-minute guest registrations during the
conference. The $600 fee includes access to evening events only.
Guest registration does not include access to sessions, breaks and
lunches. Badges are required to attend events.
The Deal Zone
For those delegates who have reserved tables in advance in The
Deal Zone, they will be located in the Convention Lower Hall III of the
Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus. All participants must be registered for the
conference.

Those delegates who reserved rooms at the Hilton Istanbul
Bosphorus through the ISTAT block receive guest room internet and
breakfast for one person as part of your room rate.
