Dear Family and Friends:
Well, we are in the second month of 2015. Gwen and I are getting anxious because we
know that our departure time is fast approaching. There is much yet to prepare in and around
our home. In addition, we continue to hope and pray that your hearts will be touched to help us
with the items we need to be shipped to Guyana. Just last evening our older son was home for
the week-end and gave me a “block of instruction” (as they say in the military) on how to list
items on eBay. As part of getting things prepared for deployment, we have several items we need to
liquidate—a 1987 VW Jetta (it does run, but needs a little work); an old time reel to reel 16 mm
movie projectors; a pair of JBL 4312A control monitor steer speakers; and some stereo
equipment. In addition, if you are in our local area of Council, NC (30 miles from Wilmington,
NC) and need some minor house maintenance, I’m your man!
What a wonderful God we serve! What a blessed opportunity to be able to share Christ
with others who are hungry for the Word, which tells about the love and truth of God. World
events are telling us that time is winding down. Let’s work together, because the people of
Guyana are depending on us. Thank you so much.
