Strategic Location
Dundee - a regional centre offering a strategic
location positioned on the east coast of Scotland
between Edinburgh’s financial centre, and the
Aberdeen Oil Industry. Dundee offers a catchment

Airport provides direct flights to London via CityJet,
and is currently under assessment as an operating base

Sector. Dundee’s Port is one of Scotland’s most
strategically important and suitable port locations for
marine renewables, and will benefit from a £92 million
investment as part of the Waterfront regeneration.

The Dundee economic region has a growing
knowledge based economy with key strengths in
creative industries, life sciences and education, which
has attracted a new generation of multi-skilled and
exceptionally well qualified professionals to the city.
