A typical home inspection is a 3 to 4 hour non-invasive inspection that reviews the condition of the home’s visible structure, it’s major components, exterior and interior systems. A Home Inspection Report is generated after completion of the inspection to indicate what may need major repair or replacement. This report will also provide the client the opportunity to become more familiar with the functions and condition of the home. A Home Owners Handbook is included with every report as well. Review my Standards of Practice at www.nachi.org/sop.htm for complete details. Code of Ethics / Integrity I am dedicated to representing only my client, and will always act in good faith toward my client.
