Established in 1934 in Hood River, Oregon, Hood River
Distillers began by making fruit wines and brandies from the
apples, pears and berries that were going to waste as excess
production from the valley’s abundant harvests.
Located along the Columbia River with majestic Mt.
Hood as its backdrop, Hood River Distillers has been
at its current bottling facility in Hood River since 1968.
The company has expanded the plant for storage and made
production line upgrades several times throughout the years.
Although its core distribution began in the Pacific Northwest,
Hood River Distillers is currently producing over one million
cases per year, and distributing its products nationwide.

2 1/2 oz Pendleton Whisky
Shoot. Enjoy.

1 1/2 oz Pendleton Whisky
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz fresh squeezed Orange Juice
1/2 oz fresh squeezed Lime Juice
Top off with Ginger Ale
Muddle sage leaf with orange slice in glass. Add liquids and pour into
old fashioned glass. Garnish with an orange slice and a sage leaf.
Pendleton Manhattan
2 oz Pendleton Whisky
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
Dash of Bitters
Stir with ice in tumbler. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with
a maraschino cherry or serve on the rocks in an old-fashioned glass.

2-4 dashes of Tabasco® Sauce
Pour Tabasco sauce into a shot glass.
Fill the rest of the shot glass with SinFire.
Drink immediately.
This drink will lose flavor quickly.

1½ oz Sinfire Cinnamon Whisky
Cranberry Juice
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add SinFire and fill with cranberry juice.
Key Lime Pie
1 oz Sinfire Cinnamon Whisky
¼ oz Lime Juice
Shake over ice or just use lime juice as a topper.

1 oz Raspberry Liqueur
1 cup Hot Coffee
Splash(es) of Chocolate Syrup
Mix all ingredients in a warm mug. Top with

Broker’s Gin is made is over 200 years old and
uses only traditional pot stills.
The raw ingredients are quadruple-distilled pure grain spirit made from English wheat, and ten natural botanicals (herbs, spices and
fruit). The botanicals are steeped for 24 hours in the pure grain spirit, which is then distilled for a fifth time.
A key icon for the brand is the bowler hat, a distinguishable characteristic of an English gentleman. The two charismatic founders,

2 oz Broker’s Gin
Tonic Water
Wedge of Lemon/Lime
Part-fill an old-fashioned glass with ice. Add the Broker’s Gin. Pour in
enough tonic to fill the glass. Add a freshly cut wedge of lemon or lime.
The Londoner
2 oz Broker’s Gin
1 oz Pink Grapefruit Juice
Splash of Blackberry Liqueur
2 Lime Wedges
Squeeze the lime wedges into a shaker and add the other
ingredients. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously
until the shaker is freezing. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Winston Churchill Martini
4 oz Broker’s Gin
Shake the Broker’s Gin over ice and pour into a chilled martini
glass while looking at the vermouth bottle on the
other side of the room. Add a twist of lime or an olive.

Lucid® is made from whole European herbs
by distiller, T.A. Breaux, the father of modern
absinthe. it is one of the most authentic
absinthes available today.
The spirit is distilled in the historical Combier Distillery in Saumur, in France’s Loire Valley using original antique copper absinthe stills, many of which were designed by Gustav Eiffel in the 1800s.
Distinct upfront notes of anise and fennel are followed by the mild, mid-palette earthy textures of absinthe (grande wormwood). The flavor is rounded out with additional spice and grassy notes, which linger in a moderately long finish.
The most traditional consumption method is “louching,” in which cold water and a sugar cube are dissolved into the absinthe,
turning it a cloudy white color. Lucid can also be consumed in a variety of classic and modern cocktails and shooters.

Absinthe Frappé
6-8 Fresh Mint Leaves
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lucid Absinthe
1 oz Soda Water
Muddle 6-8 mint leaves and simple syrup in a tall glass.
Add crushed ice, pour in Lucid Absinthe, cover with a
cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously. Top with soda water.
Violet Femme
1 oz Lucid Absinthe
1 oz Raspberry Liqueur
1 oz Lemonade or Sour Mix
2 oz Ginger Ale
1 Lemon Wedge
Fill a tall glass with ice and add Lucid Absinthe, raspberry liqueur,
and lemonade. Cover with cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
Top glass with ginger ale, add a lemon wedge and serve.
Van Gogh’s Garden
Cucumber Wheels
Kiwi Wheels
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 1/2 oz Lucid Absinthe
Club Soda
Muddle two cucumber wheels & two peeled kiwi wheels
with the simple syrup in a double rocks glass.
Fill with ice and add the Lucid Absinthe. Top with Club Soda.
Garnish with an un-peeled kiwi wheel on rim of the glass.
