Our Wedding Guarantee
Here at Hawkwell House we are licensed for both civil ceremonies and
civil partnerships. Our three flexible suites can hold between 50-140
guests for your wedding ceremony.
Hawkwell House Hotel is an idyllic Country House Hotel set in the beautiful village of Iffley,
a rural setting only 2 miles from Oxford City Centre yet on the doorstep of the Cotswolds.
We are an independent hotel and we take pride on our flexible approach to
wedding packages and the level of personal service we are able to offer.
Beautiful settings
We guarantee that your wedding will be the only one on the day.
Our wedding ceremony suites come fully-dressed, with red carpet,
table flowers, and bay trees to frame that special moment.
Everything under one roof
Wedding co-ordinator
With an acclaimed restaurant, boutique hotel rooms and plenty of parking,
everything your guests require can be found here under one roof.
Expansive gardens
Our function rooms open out onto tree-lined lawns, perfect for an arrival
drinks reception, an evening buffet, for the ceremony itself.
Room to relax
We offer a complimentary bridal suite and a first year anniversary stay to the
happy couple. For the rest of the guests, reduced rates are available for all bedrooms.
Exclusive use
For larger parties, the whole hotel is available for exclusive use - please ask for details
We aim to create the perfect venue for your perfect day. Our packages include a
wide range of options which you can mix and match to create your bespoke event,
ensuring a lasting memory for you and your guests.

All packages include an experienced wedding co-ordinator to
help plan your wedding day and act as Master of Ceremonies
at the big event itself.
Outside ceremonies
We are also licensed to hold outside ceremonies on our
tree-lined front lawn for up to 140 guests.
Ceremony Room Hire
Indoor/Outdoor Ceremony Room hire will be charged
at £500 exclusive of any Wedding Packages.

Our Couture wedding package has been tailored to fit you perfectly from tip to
toe. It includes absolutely everything you will need for an unforgettable day & a
magical evening celebration
Prices starting from £105 per person
Our acclaimed restaurant has made a name for itself with its use
of fresh, local produce and innovative cooking.
Our restaurant waiting staff are trained to the highest standards,
and will help ensure that your needs and those of your guests are
taken care of without any fuss.
Bespoke menus
Hawkwell Classic
We offer an extensive choice of menus to suit all tastes and all budgets.
Our Classic wedding package combines elegance and unbeatable value for
money. All the elements can be tailored to suit your individual style, from wedding
breakfast to evening celebration

Relaxed dining
Our function suites look out directly onto the gardens, and are equipped
with sun canopies so you can enjoy drinks and finger food on
the terrace, whatever the weather.
Our Evening wedding package offers a sophisticated end to a special day
for those wanting a more low-key event.

The honeymoon suite is included within all our
wedding packages as well as a first year bed & breakfast
anniversary stay with our Couture Wedding Package.
From the South
• Take Junction 8 from the M40 onto the A40 for Oxford
• Follow A40 to the Headington Roundabout. Take the first exit
from this roundabout, signposted towards Cowley
• Follow dual carriageway until you reach the Littlemore Roundabout
• Turn right (third exit) signposted for Rosehill and Iffley.
We have 77 bedrooms predominantly double or twin
bed, individually designed, elegantly furnished, and
with all the modern facilities you would expect.

• Take Junction 9 from the M40
• Follow A34 to Hinksey Hill Interchange signposted for Oxford and Cowley
• Keep following the signs for Cowley until you reach the Littlemore
• Roundabout - Turn left (first exit) signposted for Rosehill and Iffley
To Hawkwell
• Once you have turned left towards Iffley:
• Follow the road for about a mile, passing shops on your left
• Go down a hill, round a corner to your left
• On reaching the traffic lights, go straight ahead
• Take the first road on your left, Iffley Turn
• At the mini roundabout go straight ahead on to Church Way
• Hawkwell House is on your left
