Skid Mounted and Trailer Mounted Air-Blast Systems
Always Innovative. Always Reliable. Skid Mounted and Trailer Mounted Air-Blast Systems Built Marco Tough By packaging a high performance air-blasting system on our custom skid or trailer, Marco has created high production air-blast systems with unmatched portability and versatility. These systems combine an Air-Blast Pot, Moisture Management System, and a 6-Outlet 286-Series Airline Filter together on a skid or trailer for ease of portability. » PORTABILITY The Skid Mounted and Trailer Mounted Air-Blast Systems provide the flexibility to pull up to a work site, hook-up your air hose, breathing line, and abrasive blasting hose and be air-blasting within minutes. The Skid Mounted Air-Blast System fits in a standard 4’ x 6’ truck bed, allowing you to transport your air-blast system and air compressor with one truck. The Skid Mounted Air-Blast System includes fork pockets for easy maneuverability with a mechanical lifting device or lifting eyes for lifting the system. The Trailer Mounted Air-Blast System combines all of the Air-Blast System components on a towable 5’ x 8’ trailer. The Trailer Mounted Air-Blast System can be easily towed from one work site to the next behind your work truck. Three adjustable fold-down legs provide the trailer with stability and allows you to level and balance your equipment on the work site. »ULTIMATE PRODUCTIVITY PACKAGE By packaging an Air-Blast Pot, Moisture Management System, and a 286-Series Airline Filter on a custom skid or trailer, Marco has created a well-organized central hub for your air-blast system. By centralizing your air-blast equipment, you are able to minimize the time needed to set-up and tear down your air-blast equipment. » APPLICATION FLEXIBILITY The all-in-one Skid Mounted and Trailer Mounted Air-Blast Systems provide you with the flexibility to keep all of the components on the base, or unbolt select pieces of equipment from the base to position them in different locations around the work site. Each Air-Blast System comes with a Heavy-Duty lid and screen. The screen helps to prevent large debris from getting into your Air-Blast Pot and mixing with your abrasive. The lid helps keep rain and debris from getting into your Air-Blast Pot. Marco® is a registered trademark of Marco®. Built-in Hose Storage Racks make storing Air Hose and Abrasive Blasting Hose simple and convenient. These racks save you time by keeping your hoses in one easily accessible location. The 6-Outlet, 286-Series Airline Filter features a seven stage filtration process to catch and remove moisture, odors, and other particulates from the air supply. The 286-Series Airline Filter has six, 3/8” outlets to supply conditioned air to respirators or pneumatic tools. The 90° cone bottom allows for smooth flow of abrasive to the precision Bantam Abrasive Metering Valve. The M-Series Air-Blast Pots include our most popular remote control system, the KwikFire™ 125 Remote Control System. The remote control system mounted on the side of the vessel provides easy access to the valves. All M-Series Air-Blast Pots are rated at 150 PSI working pressure for use with today’s high output compressors, providing higher blasting pressure at the nozzle, increasing productivity. HP-SERIES AIR-BLAST POTS The HP-Series Air-Blast Pots feature a pressure hold configuration which minimizes response time between stopping & starting, increasing production rates. The advantage of a pressure hold configuration is created by a constantly pressurized tank that does not need to re-pressurize each time the remote control switch is engaged. The 90° cone bottom allows for smooth flow of abrasive to the precision Maxum III Abrasive Metering Valve. All HP-Series Air-Blast Pots are rated at 150 PSI working pressure for use with today’s high output compressors, providing higher blasting pressure at the nozzle, increasing productivity. » Moisture management SYSTEMS options The 400 CFM Cart Mounted Aftercooler and 800 CFM Moisture Separator provides a 3-stage conditioning process to remove moisture, oils, and other debris; providing a consistent supply of drier and cleaner air to pneumatic equipment. By removing these contaminants which cause corrosion, component binding, and gasket erosion, the useful life of your pneumatic equipment will be extended.
