Hosted PBX - Soft Launch Trial How to pull a call to your client app How to Sign In You can seamlessly move a call from your Yealink phone or desktop softphone to your mobile client using UC-One Launch the application on your iPhone • Type in your Hosted PBX ʻusernameʼ: <number>@digicel.com.pg • Type in your ʻpasswordʼ • Touch the Inbound Call How to make a call Contact Details Missed Call • Click the dial button to make the call How to search for or add a contact You can search your local address book or the PBX directory and add new contacts • Touch the CONTACTS. OR • Touch the UC-One banner and touch DIRECTORY and type in the first few letters of the personʼs name OR click to add a contact My Contacts Chat Your call will be moved to your mobile without the caller even knowing! • To pull the call back to the desk phone dial *11 How to Transfer a Call You can transfer a call in the following ways: ʻTalk first and then transferʼ or just ʻTransferʼ Outbound Call Click on the dial pad icon • Type in the number of the person you wish to call OR • Select the name of the person from the list of people in your ʻcontact listʼ OR • Type the first few letters or the person you wish to dial from the DIRECTORY settings icon • Touch the ʻPull Callʼ icon • Tick ʻRemember passwordʼ • Tick ʻSign in automaticallyʼ UC-One for iOS Settings • Click the setting icon during an active call • Select the ʻTransfer - New ʼ option • Enter the number you want to transfer to using your contact list or call history or from the dial pad • Choose the type of transfer you need History Dial Pad Call first and announce the caller OR Transfer without announcing the caller The main view of UC-One ONLINE - Available ONLINE - Away ONLINE - Busy OFFLINE UNKNOWN BUSY - On the phone BUSY - In a meeting CHAT - View your Buddies list, Chat History, and My Room List DIAL PAD - Make calls. HISTORY - View incoming, outgoing and missed calls CONTACTS - View your local contacts or search for directory contacts SETTINGS - Set up your UC-One client How to start a Chat session Start a chat using one of the following methods • From the Contact list, select a contact to open a communications view. • From the Contact card, choose to start the Chat session • In the Chat History list, tap a contact entry to start the chat MyRoom Group Chat, Desktop Share, File Transfer, are currently in development and will be made available for production launch for customers.
