En Grassoler llevamos fabricando los interiores de los sofás en
acero desde 1964, año en el que desarrollamos y patentamos
nuestro exclusivo sistema Intelligent System®. Su principal cualidad es que el acero por sí mismo convierte a nuestros sofás en
indeformables ante cambios climáticos de humedad o calefacción, y en resistentes al paso de los años. Además le damos un
acabado anticorrosivo pintándolos al epoxy.
Since 1964 Grassoler has been manufacturing the inside of the
sofas with metallic frames, we developed and patented our exclusive system called Intelligent System®. Its principal characteristic is that the steel itself provides our structures with high
resistance, these do not lose their shape due to any climatic
changes or temperature, humidity or heat, and provides long
durability and resistance over the years. In addition these structures have an epoxy painted anticorrosive finishing.
Depuis 1964 Grassoler a commencé à introduire l’intérieur des
canapés avec des cadres métalliques, nous avons développé
et patenté notre système exclusif qui s’appèle: Intelligent System®. Sa caractéristique principale est que l’acier lui-même

La doble suspensión Intelligent System® es un sistema desarrollado y patentado por Grassoler. Se trata de la “suspensión
a la carta” que permite personalizar y adaptar la suspensión
eligiendo el confort individual en cada sofá y repartiendo el peso
en las zonas más fuertes, consiguiendo una mayor comodidad.
Existen tres opciones posibles: suave, media y firme.

La principal característica de nuestros sofás son sus estructuras metálicas que se encargan de proporcionar más solidez y
resistencia. Nuestros productos superan el nivel 5 (nivel máximo) de la norma UNE 11020 parte 2 y UNE EN 1022-98 correspondiente a uso público severo. Entre otras pruebas, equivale
a más de 200.000 sentadas con un peso de 95 kg. Por eso tenemos la tranquilidad de ofrecer una garantía de 25 años (única
en nuestro sector). La experiencia nos indica que son miles los
usuarios satisfechos desde 1960.
The quality of our sofas relies basically on the metallic structures
that ensure their solidity and durability. Our products have level
5 (maximum level) of UNE 11020 part 2 and UNE EN 1022-98
corresponding to public severe use. This is the equivalent to
more than 200.000 sittings 95 Kg. each. This is the reason why
we can offer a 25 year guarantee on the metallic structures (we
are the only manufacturer in Spain). Experience tells us, that
there are many pleased users of Grassoler sofas since 1960.

personas que tengan dificultad en levantarse del sofá les recomendamos que coloque siempre el asiento en posición plana.
Another characteristic of the Surprise System® is that you can
easily change the inclination of every individual seat around 8
cm. You can enjoy of a relaxed position (inclined) or a straight
position of the seat. For those people who have difficulties standing up of the sofa we recommend the horizontal seat position
all the time.

changer de 8 cm. l’inclinaton de chaque siège individuel. Vous

El Sistema Surprise® es completamente higiénico, ya que facilita la limpieza del interior del sofá y del suelo con el simple gesto
de levantar la colchoneta y el bastidor de muelles metálicos que
se encuentran debajo de los asientos. De este modo se puede
acceder al suelo sin necesidad de mover el sofá y evitar así
dolores de espalda.
The Surprise System® allows the cleaning of the inside of the
sofa and the floor simply by removing the seat cushions and the
springs. It allows a quick access to the floor underneath the sofa
thus avoiding backaches.

Utilizamos única y exclusivamente poliuretanos desde 30 a 75
kg/m3 (no contaminantes y libres de CFC) de alta resiliencia
que ofrecen la mejor calidad, una larga duración, y una mayor
capacidad de recuperación, alargando la vida de los cojines y
aumentando su confort. Lo último que hemos incorporado para
los asientos es el Viscoelastic, un poliéter de 55 Kg/m3 extra
confort con efecto retorno. La fibra hueca y siliconada, evita
su apelmazamiento además de ofrecer sensación de suavidad.
Las fundas interiores están compartimentadas para evitar que
la fibra se desplace o se deposite en la parte inferior, además
de evitar problemas alérgicos incorporan el exclusivo sistema
del controlador de arrugas® que permite elegir entre una apariencia informal o una ceñida en la parte visible de los cojines
de asiento.
We use only high resistance foams of densities between 30 to
75 kg/m3 (non-contaminant and CFC free). This offer the best
quality and durability and keep their shape for much longer than
foams of lower densities, thereby adding a long term comfort
to the cushion. The last improvement that we have added is
the Viscoelastic foam for the seats, a 55 Kg/m3 density extra
comfort memory foam. The antiallergic hollow fiber which we
also use resists clumping and increases the overall softness
for the sitting. An interior cushion cover is used in all cushions
and it maintains an even distribution of the cushion filling, whilst
also reducing the risks of allergic reactions and irritation. They
incorporate the wrinkle control® which offers the possibility of
choosing between an informal look or a stretched look on the
seat cushion cover.

facilite le nettoyage dans l’intérieur du canapé. En soulevant le
coussin du siège et le ressort, permet un accès rapide au sol

Nuestro afán por cuidar el detalle nos lleva a utilizar hilos de algodón 100%, materiales naturales que resisten el desecamiento. Todas y cada una de las piezas de tela se sobrehílan para
evitar que se deshile la ropa y se utiliza la costura inglesa que se
pasa dos veces por la máquina de coser. Otras veces se aplica
la costura doble, para añadirle una cinta de refuerzo que evita
que se revienten las costuras por presión del peso del cuerpo.

Our desire to care for detail leads us to use 100% cotton thread,
natural materials that resist drying. Each and every piece of fabric is overcast in order to avoid unravelling of the edges of the
fabric. Sometimes we use a double seam to give extra strength
and avoid any bursting of the seams due to the pressure of
body weight.

All our polyurethane foams are CFC-free, we use 100% recyclable materials such as metal structures, solvent-free finishes,
and avoid any substances that produce harmful waste. We can
adapt to the requirements demanded by FSC to ensure that the
wood comes from sustainable forests. Our priority is to follow
the criteria of eco-design.
Notre effort pour prendre soin des détails nous induise à utiliser fils en cotton 100%, matériaux naturels qui résistent le
desséchement. Chacune des pièces de tissu sont surfilées afin
d’éviter qu’elles s’éffilent, et on utilise la couture anglaise qui se
passe deux fois par la machine à coudre. D’autres fois on applique la couture double, pour ajouter un ruban de renforcement
qui évite que les coutures éclatent à cause de la pression du
poids du corps.
Nous nous sommes engagés à réduire les impacts sur
l’environnement en ce qui concèrne les matières premières.
L’environnement nous concèrne dès le moment du développement d’un nouveau produit. Toutes nos mousses polyréthane
ne possèdent pas des CFC et nous utilisons que des matériaux
100% récyclables, même les structures métalliques. Nous évitons toutes substances néfastes comme par exemple les solvants, qui pourraient produire des déchets dangeureux. Nous
pouvons nous adapter aux exigences demandées par le FSC
pour rassurer que le bois provient des forêts gérés durablement.
Notre priorité est de suivre les critères d’ éco-conception.

Polyurethan-Schäume sind FCKW-frei; wir verwenden 100%
wiederverwertbaren Materialien wie Metall Gestelle und lösemittelfreie Bearbeitungen; wir vermeiden jeglicher Substanzen,
die schädliche Abfällen produzieren können. Wir können uns
auf die Anforderungen von FSC anpassen, die aus nachhaltigen
Wäldern stammenden Hölzer gewährleisten. Die Kriterien der
