POWERWORKS CROSSTRAINING is for the intermediate
high to advanced participant who is up for the
challenge of an already established goal chosen by US!
We will train you to achieve that goal, and then will
train and compete alongside of you in the next area
advanced competition. The program will focus on hard
workouts, technique and form. We will start with the
basics of training, and will ensure you are performing
the techniques properly so that you remain safe and
healthy throughout this unique training process. You
will have a weekly training schedule outline with
some of our regular classes, and then PowerMoves on
Saturday mornings at 6:30am for instructional training,
which prepares you for the next week’s workout.
Food will be reviewed by Personal Trainer Nina
Lindhorst, and weekly workouts will be outlined
by all Personal Trainers. This program is strategically
planned out so that you will be prepared for an
upcoming competition and ensures that you’ll be
performing at the top of your game for competition!
Start date: October 27th, 2014
You will receive an assessment with Josh Waggoner
before starting the program for evaluation and
detail of movement to get you started.

Monday / Wednesday 5:15am
Monday / Wednesday 6:30pm
Technique: Saturday 6:30am

Members: $75.00
Non-members: $100.00
Not interested in competing? Participation in the
training portion will still get you the great results
that come with this advanced type of training.
