BEGINNING EXPERIENCE OF WYOMING
Beginning Experience of Wyoming is a weekend program that offers
healing and renewal to divorced, widowed, and separated men and
women. It is a non-profit, faith-based comprehensive program offered
to all persons, regardless of religious preference. A Beginning Experience weekend offers support and direction to help resolve grief or
anger that can follow the end of a marriage by divorce, separation, or
death. The weekend can be a time for a real awakening, a reevaluation, and a new beginning. Beginning Experience is a positive
experience of hope. You can anticipate an intense reflective, possibly
painful, but spiritually honest self-encounter. You will also find support, warm fellowship, and community. The next Beginning Experience weekend will be in Douglas and starts at 7:00 P.M. on Friday
evening Sept. 12th, 2014 and runs through Sunday afternoon Sept.
14th, 2014. The cost of the weekend is $150.00, which includes sleeping arrangements, meals, and materials. Scholarships are available. Registration deadline is Sept. 10th, 2013. Ask these team members for more info. Curtis at 307.463.2677, Diane at 307.262.4142,
Pauletta at 307.237.5472 Rick at 307.265.3201
CARMELITES
The Secular Order Discalced Carmelites are men and women in the
Catholic Church who are called to a deeper spiritual life. Under the
protection of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, we make a commitment to
seek God for the church and for the world through prayer, to find Him
and share Him with others. Secular Order Discalced Carmelites are
married or single, from all walks of life, and every type of work. A
new aspirant’s class begins this September. This is an introduction
time to the Carmelite Seculars. For further information on this exciting vocation contact Betsy Vigneri, OCDS at 265-1441 or 262-8598
QUINCEAÑERA
There are certain guidelines that must be followed before a
Quinceañera can be celebrated at St. Anthony’s. Shepherd’s Staff
Office has a form that must be filled out indicating that the young lady
has received the sacraments of Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation. If you have any questions, please call the Shepherd’s Staff
Office at 266-2666 or come into the office.
WEDDING PLANS?
Father Lucas will be away from St. Anthony’s from July
22, 2014 until August 8, 2014. Any Sacramental emergencies, please contact either St. Patrick or Our Lady
of Fatima. NOTE: There will not be an anointing of
the sick for the month of August.
If you have not already scheduled your wed
ding rehearsal and wedding to take place at
St. Anthony’s, please contact the Shepherd’s
Staff offices @ 266-2666. Better yet, just stop
