The TeleTech Community
Foundation: Innovating Education
As one of the largest global providers of customer experience
solutions, TeleTech spans 24 countries where its 42,000
employees are committed to actively participating in
meaningful community activities.
Under the umbrella Innovating Education, TeleTech employees and the TeleTech Community Foundation work
together to leverage TeleTech’s resources and expertise
to make an impact on one of society’s most pressing
issues – education – and create sustainable change in
underserved communities around the world. The mission
of the TeleTech Community Foundation is a result of the
collective input of TeleTech employees across the globe
who, through the employee-driven TeleTech Community
Foundation, are empowered to lead community efforts in
their region.
In 2011, the TeleTech Community Foundation and TeleTech
employees responded with generous donations of time and
resources to ensure that students in underserved communities have access to the tools and support they need to
maximize their educational outcomes. The following pages
highlight the impact of these efforts.

Eliminating Educational Inequity
The TeleTech Community Foundation has proudly partnered with Teach For America to help this world-renown
organization further its mission to eliminate educational
inequity and ensure that kids growing up in poverty get
an excellent education.
About Teach For America
Teach For America is helping lead an educational revolution in low-income communities across the United States
by recruiting passionate young leaders to teach underprivileged students. This year, the organization’s more
than 9,000 corps members will teach 600,000 students,
while nearly 24,000 alumni will continue to deepen their
impact as educational leaders and advocates.
TeleTech Impact: Educational Experience
Transformed for 550 High School Students
The TeleTech Community Foundation is funding the
Teach For America teaching staff at North High School
in Denver, Colorado who collectively impact more than
550 students daily. In addition, TeleTech employees
are offering their business expertise to help Teach For
America build a strong, sustainable, and fiscally
responsible organization as it seeks to double its
presence in the state of Colorado.
“TeleTech’s generous support of Teach For
America furthers our teachers’ efforts to give
their students the excellent education
they deserve.”
- Sean VanBerschot, Executive Director,

employees distributed
more than 30,000 books
to needy schoolchildren
around the globe.
Philippine Employees Donate 25,000 Books
About Book Trust
TeleTech’s U.S. employees embraced the
TeleTech Community Foundation’s partnership with Book Trust, a Colorado-based
organization that funds book purchases for elementary
school children living in low income households. The
support from the TeleTech Community Foundation and
TeleTech’s dedicated employees is helping Book Trust
further its mission to inspire children’s passion for reading,
and build a world where literacy provides all children with
the tools to navigate life successfully.
In the Philippines, 20,000 TeleTech employees united
across 14 locations to participate in the 2011 BookNook 20K – an employee-driven initiative to collect
20,000 books for needy schoolchildren. This passionate group of TeleTech employees exceeded their goal,
collecting more than 25,000 books which were distributed to educational institutions serving less fortunate
communities throughout the Philippines.
TeleTech Impact: Thousands of Children’s
Books Purchased to Promote Early Literacy
Through Book Trust, TeleTech’s corporate headquarters in
Englewood, Colorado and the company’s delivery center
in Moundsville, West Virginia are each sponsoring monthly
book purchases for more than 300 kindergarten and first
grade students at two local elementary schools. TeleTech
employees generously donated an additional $10,000
toward this cause, contributing to the purchase of more
than 3,000 books. In addition, each month employees
volunteer in the classrooms to read to the young
schoolchildren.

Enriching the Educational Experience
One of the TeleTech Community Foundation’s
most entertaining and engaging sponsorships
is the Just for Fun center at the Denver
Art Museum.
About the Denver Art Museum
Serving as an educational resource for
Colorado, the mission of the Denver Art
Museum is to enrich the lives of Colorado
and Rocky Mountain residents through art,
supported by exemplary educational programs.
The Foundation is proud to support the Just for Fun
center’s goals of increasing access to the museum
for less fortunate individuals, providing engaging
experiences for families, and creating hands-on
learning opportunities for youth. Currently in the
fourth year of its 10-year commitment to the Denver
Art Museum, TeleTech looks forward to continued
inspiration from the Just for Fun center.
TeleTech Impact: Dedicated Children’s Activity
Area Attracts 80,000 Visitors
The TeleTech-sponsored Just for Fun center provides
children with a dedicated space to explore hands-on art
activities that incorporate the theme of the museum’s
current exhibits. Building with blocks, creating drawings
based on famous architect sketches, and dressing up
in ancient Egyptian costumes are just a few of the many
activities that may be found in the Just for Fun center.
