Marketing…our various advertising and promotional platforms will be utilized at no cost to you
Food and Beverage…our guests will be drinking at the bar prior and eating/drinking during and after the show
Sleeping Rooms…we recommend our guests “stay and play” at your property (if applicable)
Exposure… the show will bring hundreds if not thousands of guests to your property on an annual basis
Banquet rooms…our public/private shows are hosted on a weekly basis in your banquet rooms
Meeting rooms…we recommend our corporate clients host their entire event at your property
Revenue…we average 40+ shows throughout the year through Private, Corporate and Public events
Partnership…proven operation with a professional and reputable brand. Currently partnered with over a dozen
hospitality management companies throughout the United States
What we need??
SPACE: Over 1000 sq ft,
minimum of 70 ppl seated and can be interchangeable (whatever space is available)
BAR: A cash/credit card bar in or nearby the event room.
SLEEPING ROOMS (if applicable): A discounted rate for our guests.
MEAL: Sit down service comprised of four courses: appetizer, salad, entrée (3 choices), dessert.
PRICE: All inclusive. Pricing across the country ranges between $27-$32 pp based on city/location.
PARKING: Free or discounted rates for our guests to park their cars when they come to the show
AVAILABILITY: Most Saturdays and occasional weekdays for private parties. Show rooms can vary.
RELATIONSHIP: A mutually beneficial partnership that will allow us to set up a “permanent” home base.
