STATEMENT ON DONATIONS TO THE
LABOUR PARTY
DONATION TO THE PARTY
All donations worth more than £500 made to the
Labour Party are regulated by the Political Parties,
Elections and Referendums Act 2000.
Please confirm the following statements to ensure
compliance with political party funding laws.
All donors to the Labour Party must be:
individuals on a current register of electors in the UK, or
companies incorporated in the EU and registered and
trading in the UK, or
• a
limited liability partnership carrying out
business in the UK, or
• a
trade union or registered political party, or
• a
registered building or friendly society, or
• a
n unincorporated association carrying out
activities in the UK.
Individuals or organisations who donate more than
£7,500 to the national Labour Party in a calendar
year will have their name and the amount published
on the Electoral Commission’s website. Addresses
of individuals will not be published. The financial
breakdown of the table packages and the individual
tickets available for this event classifies the amount
stated below as a donation to the Labour Party with
the remainder covering the costs of the event and the
commercial benefits received by the buyer:

funds of the company/organisation named overleaf
and is not given on behalf of any other individual or
organisation.
I understand and accept that the Labour Party will
formally record donations of more than £500 and
check the donor is permissible,and that donations
of more than £7,500 in a calendar year from the
same donor will be reported to the Electoral
Commission and will be published on the Electoral
Commission website.
Addresses of individual donors will not be
made public.

Conference Dinner is our annual gathering of key business guests, party supporters and
political hosts to take an overview of the Party’s achievements and reflect on the General
Election.
