The use of high power Bekaert infrared modules offers you the flexibility to choose your drying conditions depending on the line speed, strip
width, and your product thickness. According to the type of coating, we
can offer you a solution based on a wide range of lamps, from 2kW to
6kW and from high speed medium wave to near infrared.
You can also increase your drying capacity by blowing hot air and add
a convection effect on the metal strip. The hot air saturated with solvent
can be extracted from the exit of the WebMate hood which gives to your
installation maximum safety Indeed, this extraction can occur at the exit
of the WebMate® hood, in the middle of the oven, or alternatively at the
exit of the installation.
