2013 Online Preferred Seat Donation Payment Instructions – Multiple Sports
Step One:
Please go to our online PSD payment website at http://www.mgoblue.com/PSD.
Step Two:
Click “Preferred Seat Donation (PSD) Renewals.”
Please enter your E-Mail or Customer # and your Password. Then click “Sign-In.”
Step Three:
Please verify your preferred seat donation amounts for each sport. If the information is correct,
please check “Make Payment” for one sport* and click “Add to Cart.” If you believe that any of this
information is incorrect, please call 734.764.7131 or email athleticdevelopment@umich.edu .
*Please note that you will only be able to select one sport’s PSD at a time, but all three options will
remain available each time you visit this screen.

Step Four:
If you are the season ticket holder* and you are making the PSD payment, click “Close Window” on
the pop-up window.
*For further payment instructions for payers that are not the season ticket holder, please see page 6.
Step Five:
Click “Continue Donating” to continue adding your remaining PSD(s) for additional sports. You will
be redirected to the page that contains your PSD payments by sport. Please select the sport you
wish you add to your cart. Please refer to Steps 3 & 4 until all of your PSDs are located in your
shopping cart.

Step Six:
Once you have added each of your PSDs to your shopping cart, consider making an additional
donation to the Athletic Scholarship Fund. Your gift will support over 880 student-athletes across
29 sports and earn additional priority points. If interested, please click “here” on the shopping cart
page located beneath the checkout icon. Otherwise, proceed to Step Eight.
Step Seven:
Click “Annual Scholarship Support.” You will be redirected to a new page where you will be
prompted to enter your additional donation amount. After you enter the donation amount, click
“Next Step.” Next, you will be redirected to a new page. Please verify that the amount is correct and
then click “Add to Cart.”

Step Eight:
Once your PSDs and additional donation have been successfully added to your cart, please verify
the cart contents and “Total Cost.” If these are correct, click “CHECKOUT.”
If you are a new user, you will be prompted to enter your contact information. Additional
instructions regarding this process are available on page 8.

Step Nine:
Please verify that your account information and charges are correct*. Then, enter your payment
information and click “Submit Payment” to complete your donation. Please only click this once to
prevent any accidental transactions.
*To make changes to this information, please see instructions on page 7.
Once the donation has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation. Please
feel free to print your order confirmation for your records. A confirmation email will be sent to the
email address listed on your account. Thank you for your support of Michigan Athletics!

Additional Instructions
Non-Ticket Holder PSD Payments
If you are not the season ticket holder but are making the PSD contribution on behalf of the season
ticket holder, please “click here” to be redirected to a new screen to complete your Payer
Information.
Complete the PSD Payer Information form. All items marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Once all required information is completed, click “Add to Cart” and proceed with Step Five.
Please note you will need to complete this form for each sport.

Incorrect Account Information Instructions
If your account information is incorrect, please click the “MY ACCOUNT” tab and then click “Edit” to
make any changes or updates to your account.
To return to your cart, place the mouse arrow near the picture of a shopping cart and click “View
Shopping Cart.” Then proceed with the instructions in Step Nine listed above.

New User Instructions
Following Step Eight, new users will be directed to a window that will prompt you to update your
contact information. When this occurs, please update your phone number, email address, billing
address and password. Required information is marked with an asterisk (*). You may also store
credit card information and select your email preferences, but this is not required.
To submit your information, click “Update My Account.” Finally, review your information for
accuracy and click “Yes” to move on to Step Nine. If you still wish to make changes, click “No” and
you will be redirected to update your information again.
