Bred-by-Exhibitor (BBE) Class eligibility • All dogs ente red in the Bred by EXhibitor Class must be individually registered with the AKC. • The persons handling the dog must be a breeder of record of the dog and an owner of record of the dog. • To exhibit in this cfass, family members must be a breeder and owner of record. Amateur-Owner-Handler - For dogs thai are at least six months of age that are not champions. Dogs must be handled in the class by the registered owner of the dog and is limited to exhibitors who have nol, at any point in time, been a professional dog handler, AKC approved conformation judge, or employed as an assistant to a professional handler. Non-Regular ClasGes - Involving Single Dog Entries Veteran Classes - Class for dogs and class for bitches 7 years old or over. Ne utered Dogs and Spayed Bitches are allowed to compete in Veteran Classes at this show. Non-Regular Classes - Involvi ng Multiple Dog Entries Stud Oog Class - Will be for Stud Dogs and two of their Get . Stud Dogs must be entered in the Stud Dog Class and must be shown in the ring with their Gel. Owner of Stud Dog need nol necessarily be owner of the Gel. Get only to be judged, based on the merits of the Gel. While the merits of the Stud Dog are not to be considered in the placement of the entry, the Stud Dog must be examined to determine if it has a condition that would require its disqualification or excusal under the Dog Show Rules. AKC policy, or the standard for its breed. Get must be entered in a Regular Class, Best of Breed Competition or some other Non-Regular Class. Fee is $26.00 for the Stud Dog if not entered in another class; $20.00 as an additional class. Brood Bitch Class - Will be for Brood Bitches and two of their Produce. Brood Bitches must be ente red in the Brood Bitch Class and must be shown in the ring with thei r Produce . Owner of Brood Bitch need not necessarily be owner of the Produce. Produce only to be judged, based on the merits of the Produce. While the merits of the Brood Bitch are not to be considered in the placement of the entry, the Brood Bitch must be examined to determine il it has a condition thai would require its disqualification or excusal under the Dog Show Rules, AKC policy, or the standard for its breed. Produce must be entered in a Regular Class, Best of Breed Competition or some other Non-Regular Class. Fee is $26.00 for the Brood Bitch if not entered in another class; $20.00 as an additional class. OBEDIENCE TRIAL CLASSES Qualifying Score Required for All Prizes A Dark Green Qualifying Score Single Streamer Rosette will be awarded each dog receiving Qualifying Score. ' Dog" means either sex BITCHES IN SEASON. Since bitches in season are not permitted to compete in Obedience Trials, the Club will refund all bul seven dollars of the entry fee for bitches unable to compete for that reason. The Superintendent must be notified of such claim for refund at the show or by leiter postmarked FEBRUARY 27, 2016 or earl ier. The following categories are offered for Obedience. A RECORDING FEE OF SOt and an AKC EVENT SERVICE FEE of $3.00 will be required for each dog ente red at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. T his Recording Fee is to be collected by the Show-giving Club and paid to the Ame rican Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show, the Reco rding Fee is to be collected on the first entry only. (American Kennel Club Rule, Chapter 14, Seclion 2). RETURNED CHEC KS do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Superintendent will add a $20.00 collection fee 10 the amount of each returned check. Subsequent returned checks from the same exhibitors may resurt in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis. TELEGRAPH , TELEPHONE and UNSIGNED ENTRIES CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED. If because of riots, civ il disturbances or other acts beyond the control 01 the managemenl it is impossible to open or to complete the show, no refund of entry fee will be made. ERRORS ON ENTRY BLANKS. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry form s, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date. NO REFUND FOR DUPLICATE ENTRIES. We will make every eHort to find all duplicate entries, but il a dog has been processed , no refund will be made . CONSULT JUDGING PROGRAM FOR TIME OF JUDGING. DOGS MAY ARRIVE any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. DOGS NOT REQUIRED for further judging will be excused. JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged . The show-giving club and the Show Secretary have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required . ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring. CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the pe rson showing the dog . Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Show Superintendent to be advised at once . The Show Superintendent and Show·giving Cl ub may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over. An administrative fee of $2.00 wilt be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of entries.
