CNHA’s mission is to enhance the cultural, economic, political, and community development of Native Hawaiians. CNHA achieves its mission through the administration of a Community Loan Fund, which includes the coordination of the Annual Native Hawaiian Convention. The organization is governed by a 21-member board of directors and employs a 7-member staff with one Americorps Vista Volunteer.
