FOURTH ISSUE
It was a great occasion when the senior and junior of
STIP could be cooperate each other in one activity.
Because of that, both the senior or junior cadets could
build a bond of togetherness to create a conducive
atmosphere. The cadets had a great chance to fulfill
that in Sport and Art Season of Dormitory Meeting that
was held on December 15th to 19th 2015. The event
was followed by all the cadets from each level.
The event was opened by the ceremony led by the
Principal. In his speech, he hope an event that tighten
the seniority should be held continuously as a good
tradition for proving to the civilian that STIP is not
identical to violence institution. However it looked
different since all the participants wore football jersey
that was supposed to enliven the sport atmosphere.
On this event, all cadets in one dormitory used a same
jersey to unite them in one flag. Each dormitory has
one mascot to symbolize what dormitory they were.
The mascot led their members of dormitory to bring
yell-yell, moreover he had to burn the spirit of his
member to give the best performance in this event.
There were so many activities on this event, such as
wall painting, tug of war, soccer, swimming, basketball,
100 meters run, volley, etc. This competition made
the senior and junior knew each other, cooperated
in beating the other dorm, and communicated with a
good way. This event was expected to be a bridge for all
cadets in maintaining and building good relationships
