The applicant states that the home/business premises receiving the gas service to be contracted constitutes their domicile in accordance with the
deed/contract that is shown in this act. They likewise state that the home has electricity and water utilities available, contracted appropriately according to
rules and regulations. Likewise, the applicant is bound to build, as from the Common Gas Installation of their property, if there were one and through an
Installer Company, the individual installation for the use of natural gas, and the applicant is bound to sign a gas supply contract through any gas marketer.
Information on the latter can be found at either www.gasnaturaldistribucion.com or at www.cnmc.es. This application is conditioned upon verification, by
the Distributor Company, that the domicile of reference meets the legal and technical requirements for the supply of gas.
In compliance with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection, we hereby inform you that your personal details will be included in a computerised file
of which Gas Natural Distribución SDG, S.A. is the data controller. Its registered address is in Barcelona at Plaza del Gas nº 2. The purpose of the file is
to maintain, develop and manage your contractual relationship, as well as to send (by any means) commercial information and communications about
offers of Gas Natural Distribución SDG, S.A. related to the natural gas installation or to conduct customer prospecting related to the energy sector. Gas
Natural Distribución SDG, S.A. may keep your personal data for these purposes, even after the end of the contractual relationship. If you do not wish to

We hereby inform you that the last resort gas rate is the regulated price at which last-resort
marketers sell natural gas to the end consumer. The last resort gas rate is established by the
public administration.
Those consumers who are connected to piped gas lines with a pressure of equal to or less than 4
bar and whose annual consumption is less than 50,000 kWh are eligible for the last resort gas
rate.
There are two last resort gas rates, depending on the customer's annual consumption:
T.1 for consumption of equal to or less than 5000 kWh/year. This consumption range is the usual
range for a home with a natural gas kitchen and/or water heater.
T.2 for consumption of over 5000 kWh/year and equal to or less than 50,000 kWh/year. This
consumption range is the usual range for a home with natural gas heating.
The marketer companies that assume the obligation to supply the last resort rate are the following:

If you wish, you may also choose to contract the supply at a price and under conditions that are
freely agreed upon with a marketer.
