AFTER HOURS 4 PM - 6 PM
GENERAL INFORMATION:
1. All vendors must be set up by 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, May
21, 2016. All vehicles involved in set-up MUST be removed
from exhibit area by 8:00 a.m. for safety reasons. If not set up
and vehicles moved by times given you will NOT be allowed to
set up, you will be asked to leave and your money will NOT be
refunded.
NO VEHICLES ALLOWED ON PARK PROPERTY
UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DURING FESTIVAL.
2. The Annual Tupelo Festival will be widely publicized throughout
local, state and tri-state news media.
3. The park features clean bathrooms and a generous selection of
playground equipment for children. Lake Alice Park also features
a dock overlooking the lake with hand rails.

ENTRY FEE: Craft Vendors-$40 Food Vendors- $75
(electric/water) Petting zoo & Ride Vendors- $40 (see rule #2
below) ALL SPACES ARE 12 X 12.

EXHIBIT RULES: To Follow
1. Exhibitors may sell food items, non-alcoholic beverages,
souvenirs, arts/crafts, plants, preserves, jellies. (NO
FLEA MARKET OR FIREWORKS ITEMS CAN BE
DISPLAYED OR SOLD) Festival Representative has the
right of final approval.
2. Ride & petting zoo vendors must have liability insurance
of 1,000,000, and provide certificate of insurance with the
application form. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Exhibitor must provide all equipment needed for displays.
(This includes table, chairs, tents, etc.)
4. Limited electricity (120v) and water available and will be
provided for food vendors only. Generators are allowed
with permission of Employees Club.
5. Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting State of
Florida sales tax and remitting the same to Florida Dept.
of Revenue
6. Festival directors reserve the right to accept or reject any
vendor.
