The difference between the developed and the undeveloped
countries is becoming keener. The rich people are becoming richer
and the poor ones poorer. This is why we decided to show to the rest
of the world that the chasm between these different worlds is
becoming more and bigger.
Based in that we made that body to make people understand that we
must care about everything that has to do with the human’s existence:
poverty, wealth, happiness, miserableness, justice, peace…
Our communication with kids from different countries through the
website “rafi.ki” helped us very much.
MATERIALS:3 paper boards (1m x 1m each one), glue, 4 packets of
gesso,1 flesh coloured cloth, 5 pictures showing poor people, 5
pictures showing diamonds.
STEPS OF OUR CONTRACTION:
1st step: we cut the paper boards into shapes of the human
body( without the hands, the head and a big part of the leg).
2nd step: we connected the 3 paper boards with small pieces
of paper board
(3cm x 3cm) with glue.
3rd step: we covered the surface and we formed the curves of the
body with gesso.
4th step: we clothed the construction with the flesh coloured
cloth.
5th step: we sticked the pictures with the special glue for clothes.
6th step: we draw technical chinks with a black pen.
