The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the Organizers.
The applicant must be atleast 18 years of age and not more than 23 years of age as 30th November 2010. The applicant is
required to produce an age proof (Passport, birth certificate, school leaving certificate, driver's license, etc).
The applicant is not / has not been married, and has never had a marriage annulled or never given birth to a child; has
never been pregnant nor a parent. If any of these conditions change, the applicant is to notify the organizers
immediately.
The applicant is a natural born female.
The applicant should be a bonafide Himachali.
The Divya Himachal's Miss Himachal 2011 is being conducted for short listing contestants for the National Pageant Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2011.
The applicant or the applicant’s immediate family is not related to any person employed in ABSL, TIML, TIL, Bennett,
Coleman & Company Limited, or any other company of the Times Group, Sun TV Network, contest sponsors, and their subcontractors, or any of the judges as informed to the applicant at any stage. In case of such a relation, the applicant will
disclose the same immediately.
The applicant is not under any commercial contract with any modeling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions.
The applicant once short listed cannot be a part of any other commercial contract or pageant.
The Organizers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason
whatsoever.
The applicant has not won the Pageant previously.
The qualifing winner of the Divya Himachal's Miss Himachal 2011 will get a direct entry for the the Femina Miss India
2011 and will represent Himachal.
The Elimination round expenses (Travel & Stay) are to be borne by the participant.
The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per the schedule given
The applicant will make herself available for promotional activities. The organizers retain the worldwide copy right for all
photos & promotional materials.
The Organizers are not responsible if sponsors do not make good the prizes promised by them.
The Organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the applicant she will participate at her
own risk and have no claim against Divya Himachal and Himachal This Week Group Company in any regard.
Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior, during or after participation.
Judges decision is final in all cases.
Only persons of good health and moral character can participate.
Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries.
Schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the Organisers.
The Organisers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.
In the event of any dispute, Organisers’ decisions are final and binding on the applicant.
The courts of Dharamshala have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
