Welcome to the fall edition of our Newsletter. We wish you were all here. It is such a fantastic Indian Summer,
that it is a pity there aren’t any guests around to enjoy it. These days are excellent for gardening, walking and coffee or Tsipouro in the old port. Or for visiting properties… We have selected our most interesting arrivals in this
issue and divided them into sections. Quite a few properties have been reduce in price, but on average not as
much as elsewhere in Greece. Probably this is because we are still in a much better financial situation here on
Skiathos than in many areas on the main land. This indicates that investing in Skiathos is still a safe business.
Two items of news we want to bring to you:
1– until December this year it is possible to legalize garages and balconies that have been turned into living spaces.
