STADCO, established in 1941, has been at their facility in North Los Angeles since its
inception. The company has expanded several times, currently with 200,000 square feet
of temperature-controlled operations. STADCO is a privately owned, small business

ELECTRON BEAM WELDING
This piece of equipment provides designers with the flexibility to
join several pieces of metal into a single monolithic structure with
considerable strength and precise tolerances. The joining of
components by the Electron Beam welding process eliminates
fasteners, saves significant structural weight, speeds assembly
time, and reduces costs.

CONCEIVED AS A MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY
REQUIRING NUMEROUS FASTENERS &
OVERLAPPING JOINTS WHICH ADDED WEIGHT
