NAECO manufactured resistance welding electrodes are made to your exacting specifications to meet your most
challenging applications. Special designs are no problem. Machined, turned, threaded, drilled, tapped, ground, or all of
the above – NAECO can do. Flat faced, radius faced, a pointed or offset nose or with a special insert material - NAECO
can make whatever configuration you need to solve your problem.
The NAECODUR® Family of Tungsten based refractory
materials combines the high wear resistance and
strength of Tungsten with the superior electrical and
thermal properties of Copper to provide the ideal
materials for NAECO custom manufactured resistance
welding electrodes for your most demanding welding
applications.
NAECODUR® R, W and M series refractory materials are perfect for high strength and high conductivity applications
requiring long wear capabilities under high temperature, pressure and / or current conditions.
Common applications for NAECODUR® materials are welding low conductivity ferrous materials such as stainless steel,
projection welding, flash and butt welding, seam welding, cross wire welding and welding nonferrous materials such as
copper or brass. NAECODUR® materials are highly stable and will reduce your overall welding costs by providing higher
quality welds over longer periods of time due to their unique properties.
