Kuldhara Abandoned Village The Abandoned Village is about 15 Km, west of Jaisalmer. The village was established in 1291 by the Paliwal Brahmins and is also known as a cursed village. It is an 18th Century Haveli, which has beautifully arched roof that has a superb carved brackets in the form of peacocks. One of the best things you could do and not miss is to enjoy the camel hump rides through the beautiful desert. The camel rides are pretty easily available and affordable as well. Patwon Ki Haveli This massive five-storied construction has five intricately decorated huge suites and is made of yellow sand stone. The architecture of the monuments adds value to the history and culture of the city. One of its haveli's is converted into a museum.
