BOOKING AND CANCELATION POLICY
- Upon receiving the booking form, the agency will issue a pro-forma invoice to the indicated email address.
The hotel reservation will be considered confirmed upon payment of the pro-forma invoice. Participants will
be accommodated depending on the time of received payment. All reservations and modifications are handled
by “Generalturist-2000”-Ohrid, therefore please do not contact the hotel.
-All cancellation must be sent to the agency in written form (by fax or mail). For cancellations received before
September 30, 2013, the agency will charge only 1 night. After this date, for room cancellation or no-shows, the
agency reserves the right to charge the full stay.
PAYMENT:
Upon receipt of the pro-forma invoice, please complete the payment by wire transfer or credit card.
WIRE TRANSFER IMPORTANT NOTE:
All money transfer commissions and charges are to be paid by the side that makes the payment. Before
making the money transfer, PLEASE inform you bank that you cover all costs for commissions and charges.
Incomplete payments will not be considered for hotel booking.
