If you are accepted, and non-hand crafted items appear in your booth, you will be removed from our mailing list
for further shows. If you notice any wholesale items, we ask that you do not approach that vendor, rather bring
it to the show manager’s attention. When vendors approach other vendors it makes it very uncomfortable.
We require that you include production photos of your craft, as well as a setup of your booth.

Our show is OUTDOORS. We ask that all vendors are responsible for their own setup, tie downs and
protection against weather and or winds. If your booth is not secure, you may be held responsible for any
damage it may cause to other booths/setups. There is not electricity available at your booth. Ample
dumpsters are available for excess trash. Are you able to setup for this type of show? Yes No
This is a two day show and we ask you to complete both days of the show. The advertised hours are:
Saturday and Sunday 9-5 pm. Are you able to complete both days? Yes No
If you wish to set up beside a friend, please be sure to mail your applications together in the same envelope.
There are no guarantees, but we will work to make it happen. If you are sharing a booth with someone else,
you will both be required to fill out an application. There is an early setup period on Friday from 10-7 pm. All
vendors must be set up by 8:30 am on the day of the show. Additional setup information will be included with
your confirmation. Are you applying with someone else? Yes No
Handicap spots are available; however, you will need to include a copy of your handicap permit as well as your
driver’s license. All handicap lots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Do you require a handicap spot? Yes No
Overnight camping is available, and there are four lots with electric and water available for $20/night. If you
are interested in a paid lot, please contact Hilda directly. If you are in a non-paid lot, there is no electricity or
water available; however, you are able to run your generator between the hours of 7 am and 11 pm. Sorry, we
are unable to allow open fires. Are you interested in paid camping? Yes No
CANCELLATION POLICY:
30 days prior to the show: if we are able to fill your spot, we will refund your registration fee minus a $10
advertising fee.
29 Days or less prior: there are no refunds available. If you choose to not show without calling, you will be
removed from our mailing list for future shows.
LOCATION:
Our show is very easy to find, as it is located at our farm, Uncle John’s Cider Mill. Uncle John’s is conveniently
located seven miles north of St. Johns on US 127. The driveway to our farm connects with highway 127, and
there is no exit off from 127 that you need to take. When looking at a Michigan map, Uncle John’s is located
four miles to the south of the US 127 and M-57 intersection, or seven miles north of the US 127 and M-21
intersection. We are a very popular fall destination, and many of your customers already know our location.
We have a very large parking lot to maneuver large vehicles.

Children are welcome; however, they MUST be supervised at all times. We ask that you do not bring
animals unless they are for medical purposes.

Registration fee is $100/lot and your booth size is 12x12.
Please include payment with your application. We accept checks/money orders or credit cards. If you submit
a check with a future date, you application will be returned to you and you will have to re-register. If you
register by December 24, you may deduct $20/lot.
