newly reupholstered settee & armchair - a pull out double bed is incorporated in the settee. There is also a Mk1 X
Box & loads of demo DVD's to help keep young'uns occupied. The Dining area, c/w 6 No. free standing Chairs &
extending Table. There is a pull out Ironing Board in Units opposite. plus the Iron
The Kitchen has separate built under Fridge & Freezer, Oven / Grill, Microwave, Toaster & ample storage cupboards
inc, pull out can unit & all utensils for a comfortabe holiday

There is a decent Toby Carvert over the lights, The Clifton Arms, serving decent meals at decent prices – the Ale is
good too.
