Order Instructions:
Step 1: Pick the type of dish you want and enter the “Item Code” on the order form.
Step 2: Pick the design you want on that dish and enter the “Design Code” on the order form.
Step 3: If applicable, enter your personalization or design description. (i.e. ‘The Smith Family’ or Angel with blond
hair - we will confirm your request before completing the order.)
Step 4: Payment. I can either email you a Paypal Request for funds adding your shipping charge (Washington
Residents - sales tax required) or take a credit card over the phone.
Step 5: Time to wait. Orders will be completed as quickly as possible. Based on the season, I will complete the
‘closest holiday’ items first.
