Welcome to the 2016-2017 School Year!
Dear Students and Parents,
In just a few short weeks, you will be gearing up for another school year! I know we are excited to
have you back on campus. It has been rather quiet and lonely here this summer but we have kept
ourselves busy planning and preparing a quality program for this upcoming year. We are looking
forward to August 8th when our teachers return to campus from their summer break and we come
together to get things ready for the first day of school, August 22nd.
High School Orientation: Monday, August 15th
Freshmen and new students: Begin at 5:30 pm in the HS multi-purpose room (MPR)
Returning Sophmores-Seniors: Begin at 6:30 pm in the HS multi-purpose room (MPR)
Monday, August 15th, is High School Orientation; a time for you to come and meet our staff, explore
the classrooms, pick up your schedule, find your locker and get vital information that will help you
navigate the school year successfully. With all the positive feedback we received last year, we will
adopt the same format again for this year’s orientation. The experience itself is now more interactive for
the parents and students. Orientation will kick off at 5:30. We are asking all new students and
freshmen to arrive on campus at 5:30 and proceed to the MPR. Before entering the building you will
need to pick up your student packet. Inside the packet you will find a passport which you will get
stamped as you roam through the stations. You will then move into the main high school building to
meet teachers and locate your locker. All returning families are encouraged to start the night off in the
high school building. Don’t forget to allow time to get your passport stamped in the MPR. The MPR
will be open for you from 6:30-8:00. All stamped passports will need to be signed off and turned in at
the end of the night for students to receive a wrist band for free dress which will be September 8th and
9th. The check-out table will be located in the MPR.

Please bring 1 package of white board markers, 2 boxes of tissue, 1
container of Lysol wipes, and 1 bottle of hand sanitizer. These are required
supplies, and you will need these to have your passport stamped. In lieu of
supplies you may bring $17 in check or cash. Thank you!

 Please bring the following supplies to orientation:

 1 Package of Expo Dry Erase Markers with Eraser
 1 container of Clorox Wipes
 1 Bottle of pump Hand Sanitizer
You must turn in these items to receive a stamp and be eligible to earn free dress. You
may pay $17 in lieu of bringing supplies.
You will receive an additional supply list from individual teachers on orientation night.
• HIGH SCHOOL DRESS CODE
There have been some changes and clarifications to the dress code. Please read the enclosed
copy of the dress code carefully before purchasing uniform items for the new school year.
Some highlights to point out this year are as follows:
 Green polos are no longer part of the BCS dress code.
 Dark grey is now an approved polo color. (Heather or light grey is not.)
 UNITY SHIRTS can be worn ANY DAY on the High School campus only.
 Boys are not allowed to wear earrings, plugs, or band-aids on their ears.
 Boys are not allowed to wear hair accessories including clips, rubber bands, headbands,
etc.
Make sure you understand the dress code policies, and feel free to contact us with any
questions.
• P.E. UNIFORMS
All students who are enrolled in P.E. are required to purchase a Bradshaw Christian issued
P.E. uniform and they must be worn to PE daily. Uniforms will be available for purchase at
orientation Monday, August 15th through the rest of the week in the High School office.
Shirts and shorts are $10.00 each. Tennis shoes must be worn to P.E.

LOST AND FOUND – Please label your student’s items
The lost and found will be located in the Middle and High school offices. Students will have an
opportunity to check the lost and found before/after school and during lunch or P.E. Any
unclaimed items at the end of each month will be donated to a local charity. Please
remember to check lost and found from time to time.
• SUMMER READING REMINDER
Summer reading is required for all students. To find out about the summer reading requirements
go to the Bradshaw homepage and find the information under the “Quick Links” section
(www.bradshawchristian.com).
• EMERGENCY FORMS
We keep the emergency forms for each student on file in the school office and we must keep
those records up to date. If there have been any changes to your information since you
registered your child and turned in your emergency form, please submit a new form to the
office on orientation night. Please check the “Change” box on the form if you are submitting
changes.
• MEDICATION / EPI-PENS/INHALERS
A medication consent form must be on file in the school office if your student must take
medication during the school day. Medication must be in their original labeled container.
Students may not carry medications with them on campus except for inhalers. If your student
has an inhaler and must carry it with them, a form signed by their physician must be on file in
the school office. If this form is not on file the inhaler must be kept in the school office.
• HOT LUNCH
Hot Lunch will begin Tuesday, September 8th. September orders are due no later than
Monday, August 24th. Each month the hot lunch order forms will be available in the school
office.

MIDDLE and HIGH SCHOOL PICTURE DAY
Picture day will be Friday, September 16th. Student may come in free dress this day. Please read
the free dress rules in your student dress code.

SCHOOL CALENDAR
The 2016/2017 school calendar is posted on the home page of our BCS website:
www.bradshawchristian.com. You may also pick up a copy in any office.
• ALERT NOW
ALERT NOW is an emergency notification system that we use to notify parents of important
events or circumstances such as emergency school closures, etc. It is very important that your
account and emergency form information stay current throughout the entire school year. If you
have email, phone or address changes during the school year please notify the office.
• SATURDAY SERVICE DAY
Our next Saturday Service Day is scheduled for September 10th from 8:30am-2:30pm.
Remember you receive DOUBLE PALS hours on Saturday Service Days. To sign up for a
service day please visit the PALS page on our website (www.bradshawchristian.com) under the
Support Us section.
• FINGERPRINTING
We REQUIRE ALL drivers campus wide (for purposes of Field Trips, Athletics, etc.) to
obtain fingerprinting through the Department of Justice and F.B.I. You MUST get the
fingerprinting documents through the office in order for it to qualify. Fingerprinting is good for
the entire time you have children enrolled at BCS.
Volunteer and Employee Auto Usage Statement and the Field Trip Volunteer Guidelines must
be updated EVERY YEAR as well as a copy of your car insurance. Please see enclosed flier
for more information.
•
PARENT / STUDENT HANDBOOK
Please familiarize yourself and your student with the contents of the Parent/Student Handbook. ALL
parents and students will need to sign a NEW Parent / Student Handbook Acknowledgement Form
at Orientation. If you need a handbook and/or form, please contact the high school office. Signature
forms are due the first day of school Monday, August 22nd.
• INTERNSHIP SITE SUPERVISOR
Parents who are interested in educating and inspiring high school juniors and seniors to enter your
career field are encouraged to sign up as an internship site supervisor. Commitment time is 5-10
hours per week for a semester (or longer) and you will earn pal hours. Students must provide their
own transportation to your work site. This does not have to be a paid internship.
• AP EXAM PROCTOR
Earn double PALS hours if you sign up to help proctor AP exams! Assist with preparing the exam
room, admitting students into the room on test day, supervising the room, and walking around to
ensure students are working on the correct section and exam security.
Transition to Rediker PlusPortals
This year we are moving from Edline to Rediker Software’s PlusPortals, a cloud-based web portal that
allows our school to instantly share data and engage with parents and students in a secure environment.
While Edline had served us well for many years at BCS, there were many features missing that we
needed, and the interface wasn’t as easy to use as we would have liked. PlusPortals will offer the same
services Edline provided – communication to/from teachers, grade reports, homework calendar, and
class pages – while operating within a much more user-friendly environment.
Some new features you will see:
• Live gradebook – You won’t have to wait for grades to be posted on a specific day of the week.
With PlusPortals you will have access to grades the minute a teacher puts them in the
gradebook.
• Viewing all grades at a glance – Instead of having to switch between multiple classes to find
your child’s grades, a grade summary that includes all courses can be seen on a single page. If
you want more information about a particular class, you can click on the class to see the report
that includes the individual assignments.
• Easily switch between multiple student views – If you have multiple children attending BCS,
once you have logged in, it will be easy to switch between your children.
• More detailed records – Class schedules, absences, tardies, and discipline reports are more
readily available for students and parents to view.
• Mobile Apps – Access the information you need from your mobile device. Apps are available for
iOS and Android.
Look for more detailed information in the packet you receive at orientation. This will also include your
logon credentials.

Bradshaw Christian K-12 Dress Code
Students attending Bradshaw Christian School are required to wear uniforms in all grades, Kindergarten through
High School.
The primary objective of the dress code is to give priority to development of the inner self over the outer self. (1 Peter 3:3-4)
Therefore, the criteria for the dress code promotes modesty, respect, safety, and discretion. Students are expected to arrive at
school in dress code and stay in dress code throughout the day. If a student is out of dress code they will be disciplined
according to the discipline system of your child’s particular campus. The administration has final say on dress
appropriateness. The dress code is strictly enforced. Check with the office if you are uncertain about your uniform
selections.
Lion’s Den:
All uniform items may be purchased at our online store, The Lion’s Den. This is where students in K-5 are able to purchase their
required uniform wear (purple polo and sweatshirt with school logo). Plaid items MUST be purchased at Dennis Uniform. If
clothing is purchased in stores other than the Lion’s Den & Dennis Uniform, the items should be matching in color and fabric.
Lion’s Den is our standard. We highly recommend purchasing the purple polo from The Lion’s Den as to ensure the color is
correct.
Unapproved Items:
Clothing items, or accessories, that are not specifically approved as part of the BCS uniform may not be worn at school.
Unapproved items include, but are not limited to: vests (except approved sweaters or fleeces), ponchos, wraps, shawls, throws,
head wraps, do-rags, etc. Also, long belts, wallet chains, items depicting images of profanity, sexuality, violence, drugs, alcohol,
skulls, etc., may not be worn to school. Boys may not wear earrings, gages, or Band-Aids on their ears to cover new piercings.
Enforcement Procedures:
When students have a dress code violation, our goal is to get them back to class as soon as possible. Therefore, if the item can
be removed (like a sweatshirt or socks), we will ask the student to remove it and allow them to return to class. Consequences
as they are outlined by each campus will apply with each offense.
• There may be occasions we can offer the student “extra” BCS clothing to wear. If we have it available, we will allow
the student to change into the extra clothing. Please be aware, this is a courtesy provided by the school, and may
not be available at all times, on all campuses.
• It is important to note that if the student were to return to their regular schedule out of dress code, other students
may be misled as to what is acceptable dress. It has happened on several occasions over the years therefore, we will
require students to wait in the office until the uniform violation is resolved.
• If dress code violations become a reoccurring problem for your student, parent contact will be made to discuss the
issue.
Grades K-5: Students may bring alternate clothing in their backpack. If the student has other clothing they may
change right away and return to class. If the student has no alternate clothing available they will remain in the
office until a change of clothes can be brought by a parent. A change of clothing is expected to be brought to school
within the hour. Students will be allowed to bring school work to the office and complete it while waiting.
Grades 6-8: Parents are expected to bring a change of clothing within the hour so the student can return to class.
Students will remain in the office until a change of clothing is brought to school. Students will be allowed to
change into PE clothes and return to class if a parent cannot bring a change of clothing to school within the hour.
Students will be allowed to bring school work to the office and complete it while waiting. Students will receive a
demerit beginning with the 2nd offense. The first offense of the year will warrant a warning and documentation of
the offense; the parent will be notified, but no demerit will be issued.
High School: Students are expected to be in dress code at all times, and if they are not, they will wait in the office
until a change of clothing is brought to school unless the item can be easily removed. Demerits will apply for all
violations.

Boys’ haircuts:
- Back and sides should not extend below
the top of the shirt collar.
- Front bangs should not extend below the
eyebrow.
- Hairstyles are to be well maintained and
groomed. Hairstyles should be
traditional.
- No spiked, Mohawk, or razor cut designs,
etc. are permitted.
- Hair styles that are no more than 2” in
height and do not have shaved sides are
allowed. (I.e. faux hawks, afros, etc.)
They must be well- groomed and hair
may stand up in the front as long as it
does not exceed 2” in height.
- Braids, tails, & locks are not allowed.
- Hair accessories such as headbands,
rubber bands, etc. are not allowed.

Facial hair should be clean shaven. Also:
- Sideburns may extend no lower than the
bottom of the ear.
- Neatly- trimmed moustaches and/or
goatees are permitted.
- Moustache and/or goatee hair may be no
longer than a ½ inch.
Boys are not permitted to wear earrings,
gages/plugs, or any body piercing. Band-Aids over
fresh piercings are not allowed.

strap. Tennis shoes must be worn for PE. No
slipper style footwear is permitted.
Hair (including clip-in extensions, weaves, and
hair clips) shall be natural in color. One
removable “clip-in” feather is permitted.
Natural looking make-up is allowed.

and have a collar. They must also be tucked in.
Blouses must be white. Bras must not be visible

A camisole may be

Sweatshirts must be in an approved uniform
color. Any BCS item that is sold for athletic teams
or sold by BCS is allowed. All sweatshirts are
considered uniform whether they are worn
inside or outside. They may be zip-up, crew, or
hooded. Necklines may not be altered.
Sweatshirts with hoods must have a hood lining
that is the same color as the sweatshirt.
HIGH SCHOOL may wear college sweatshirts.
Sweaters must be in approved uniform color.
Sweaters with non-BCS logos, with woven prints,
that are loose knit, have a loose neckline, or have
more than one color in the stitching are NOT
permitted. Cable knit or ribbed patterns are
acceptable. Zippers, hoods, and pullovers are
allowed. V-neck styles may be pullover, cardigan,
or vest in style. Must be a traditional uniform
sweater.
Midriffs should not be exposed when arms are raised. When
shirts are un-tucked, they cannot be any longer than the back
pocket or shorter than below the belt loop.

Pants can be traditional/classic fit, twill, pleated
or flat front, or straight legged. Back pockets are
permitted. Capri pants may be worn by girls, but
may not have drawstrings. No cargo pants are
permitted.
Shorts must be the same material and color as
pants. Shorts may be no more than 4 inches
above the top of the kneecap, and may not
extend below the knee.
GRADES K-8: Skirts/Skorts/Jumpers must be the
same material and color as pants and must be no
more than 4 inches above the top of the kneecap.
A full skort panel is not required.

no more than 2 inches above the top of the
kneecap. No decorative zippers or buckles

OUTERWEAR
Jackets, coats, and fleece are considered outerwear. Outerwear must fit appropriately. No objectionable words
or pictures are permitted. Fleece may be zip-up or vest.
Outerwear must be removed in classrooms and in chapel. Outerwear is meant to be worn while students are
outside only. Students may wear sweatshirts at any time while on campus because they are considered part of
the uniform.
MS/HS PE DRESS CODE
MS/HS students that participate in a P.E. class are required to purchase a Bradshaw Christian issued P.E.
uniform (shirt and shorts), which they must change into before P.E. class. Students may wear sweats with
instructor’s permission. Sweats should be plain black or gray. If the student is not dressed in a complete P.E.
uniform, class consequences will be enforced.
FREE DRESS DAYS
At various times during the year students enjoy “Free Dress” days. School uniforms are permitted, but are not
required on “Free Dress” days.
Free dress must be appropriate for a Christian school. Offensive language or images must not be displayed,
including: profanity, sexuality, violence, drugs, alcohol, skulls, etc. Casual shirts and jeans are allowed but must
not be dirty, ripped, torn, tight-fitting, or shredded. Free dress must be modest. Skirts and shorts must be
within dress code lengths at all times. Leggings or tights may not be worn as pants during free dress. Tank tops
may be worn only if a tee shirt is worn underneath. Excessive tightness, bare midriffs or bare shoulders are not
permitted.
Pajamas, sweatpants, and loungewear (including yoga pants, jeggings, velour sets, cotton fleece, etc.) are not
permitted on free dress days. For safety reasons, shoes and sandals must have a back or back strap. Flip-flops
or bedroom slippers are not permitted.
BCS PRIDE DAYS
SPIRIT DAYS
BCS Pride days are intended to allow students to show their
BCS Pride. Every campus has specific requirements for
these days, so please refer to the flyers that are sent home
regarding specific rules.
Some free dress days are referred to as “Spirit
Days.”
Specific attire guidelines will be
announced in advance for special themed “Spirit
Days.” On “Spirit Days,” students must dress
according to the announced theme or they must
wear the regular school uniform. Rules for
modesty, length and tightness apply.
UNITY SHIRTS
Unity Shirts may be purchased at orientation, offices, and
through the Development department, and may be worn on
certain days assigned by your campus administration.

All Middle School and High School Athletics MUST turn in a 2016-17 Athletic Eligibility Packet prior to participation in tryouts, practice, games or any

2016 PSAT Exam Information
Dear Parents and Students,
On Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016 from 8:15am-12:30pm, approx., we will be
administrating the PSAT exam to ALL 9th, 10th and 11th grade students. This is a NEW
exam requirement as we will no longer be administering the TERRA NOVA Test.
Cost of the PSAT is included in your student services fee.
The PSAT/NMSQT, administered to 10th and 11th graders, stands for Preliminary
SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. The PSAT 8/9 is administered to 8th and 9th
graders. These are standardized tests that provide firsthand practice for the SAT college
entrance exam. It also gives 11th grade students a chance to enter the National Merit
Scholarship Program, and a number of other scholarship programs. Just last year, two of
our seniors received full-ride college scholarships through these programs!
The PSAT measures:

Reading skills

Writing and Language skills

Math skills
These tests assess skills acquired over many years, both in and out of school, and do not
require you to recall specific facts from your classes. Grade-level benchmarks are provided
with the test results and indicate whether students are on track for college and career
readiness.
The most common reasons for taking the PSAT are:

To receive feedback on skills and knowledge that matter most for college and career
success. You can then focus your preparation on those areas that could most benefit
from additional study or practice.

To see how your performance on an admissions test might compare with that of
others applying to college.

To enter the competition for scholarships such as the National Merit Scholarship
Program (grade 11).

To help prepare for the SAT. You will receive free personalized SAT study resources
through Khan Academy based on your results. This will be extremely beneficial during our
test prep enrichment time that we are implementing during the school year.

To receive information and invitations from colleges when you check "yes" to Student
Search Service.
PSAT Test date is Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016.
Welcome New Families,
Bradshaw has an active and talented parent community. Every day, dozens of parent
volunteers provide much needed support to their campus, teachers, and students.
Opportunities to be involved with the school and to earn PALS hours abound. Helping a
teacher, a coach, or a staff person earns PALS hours. Consider these ideas:
During the day:
• Help elementary teachers in the classroom with Victory Drill, Art Docent, Parties,
Field Trips
• Work in a office answering phones, making copies, mailings, filing
• Help with events like Cookie Dough, Jog-A-Thon, and SAT Testing.
During the evenings and weekends:
• Direct special event traffic or work in the snack bar.
• Attend a Saturday Service Day, where helping the Facilities Department with
campus maintenance and upgrades earns DOUBLE PALS HOURS!
Work from Home:
• Clip Box Tops and soup labels that have been collected on campus

PALS… Parents Actively Lending Support
Shop with scrip or TAPS what we call it (tuition assistance program with scrip) will help reduce
your tuition costs just last year we credited over $46,000 to BSC families! What you do is
purchase gift cards each week from places that you usually shop, like Safeway, Bel Air, WalMart, Chevron, Lowes Starbucks etc. (there are hundreds of popular retailers). These retailers
give you full value of your purchase, PLUS an additional percentage (up to 20 %!). Bradshaw
Christian School gives you 100% of this rebate which is applied towards your tuition account 3
times during the school year. TAPS is an excellent way for you to earn credit towards your
tuition without digging into your pocket book for extra expenses! Here is an example: A $100
Safeway card has a rebate of 4%. If you purchase a $100 card once a week for gas or groceries
for a total of $400 you will earn $16 towards your tuition credit. Can you imagine if you
purchased cards for fast food, clothing, your business, landscaping, etc? Most of us go to several
of these places routinely, so the TAPS program becomes easy and convenient. Family and
friends can also be included in purchasing scrip and their earnings can be applied toward your
tuition credit. Many families have used their credits to help pay for (and in many cases have
completely paid for) their registration, growth fee, monthly tuition, or daycare fees. With a little
planning and consistent use, the average family can earn $400-$500 or more per school year.
Here’s how to get started!
One time Registration is quick and easy:
1. To be a participant in TAPS, you must fill out and turn in the BCS TAPS Registration
Form. This form tells us your designated scrip pick up location, tuition account you are
earning funds toward, and who is authorized to pick up your order. ALL PERSONS
ORDERING SCRIP MUST TURN THIS FORM IN BEFORE THEIR FIRST ORDER.
Please be aware of the office hours assigned to our various campus locations when
choosing your pick up location.
2. Go to www.shopwithscrip.com click the “Get Started” then Join a scrip program. Enter
the enrollment code: 6f49151C17479 and register. Complete steps 1 and 2, on Step 3:
Add “First Name”, “Last Name”, and “Students Name” YOU MUST PUT THE
STUDENTS NAME, THIS IS NECESSARY FOR ACCOUNT VERIFICATION.
During online registration, please note your child’s name (student at BCS) in the Option
field this will insure the rebate will go to the correct tuition account. If family and friends
will be setting up an account for your tuition rebate they MUST include your child’s
name (BCS student). Any rebates without prior designation will be applied to the BCS
Financial Aid Fund.
Now you have a couple of payment options:
Option 1 – Presto Pay it’s Simple and Safe!
Click “Dashboard” on the top of the screen, then select “Family Functions”, and then select the
“prestopay” registration. Read all about presto pay and scroll to the bottom and click “Yes I
agree” and follow instructions.
You will then be instructed that 2 small, random deposits will be placed into your account. As
soon as you see the deposits in your account, make a note of the amounts. Return to
shopwithscrip.com, click “Presto Pay”, add the 2 deposit amounts in the boxes and click “Next”.
Presto Pay will give you a four digit pin, email that pin to me. I will approve your pin and reply
to your email. Once you have received my email you should be ready to go. Remember to place
your order by Monday at 6pm.
Presto Pay is great! By using Presto Pay you can reload “reloadable” cards like Starbucks,
Lowes, Burger King, etc. without having to wait for me to submit the order and it saves you a
trip to the office. This is especially convenient when the school is closed! You will also be able
to use ScripNow! Presto Pay reloads are usually available within 24-48 hours after you order.
By using Presto Pay you also do not need to drop a check off to the school.
You will also have the option to download a new mobile website at www.myscripwallet.com to
be able to pay on the go at many restaurant locations and places like walmart on the go!
Option 2 – Payment by check
1. Order online and bring a check to any of the offices, along with a copy of your order by
Monday at 6pm.
Now you are ready to place your order. I suggest printing a full list of “Participating Vendors”
by clicking on shop and scroll to the bottom and selecting the “retailer list” so you can view all
your choices. You can choose scrip by selecting category or choose some of the most popular
that appear on the screen. If you hover your mouse over the gift cards you can choose 3 different
options. The card picture is for a physical card, the green triangle is a reload of a card that you
have already purchased from our organization (you cannot reload cards that you don’t purchase
through the program) or the red exclamation mark is Scrip Now.
Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to check out.
If paying by check, print a copy of your scrip order, attach to your check to your order and drop
it off at any of our offices no later than Monday at 6pm.
That is it! You are ready to go 
***** Important details *****
TAPS orders with payment by check are due in our office by Monday at 6pm and
PrestoPay orders may be completed up until 8am on Tuesday. All orders must have payment
before they will be submitted by our coordinator. Orders will be ready for pick up on Friday
morning. Late orders cannot be filled until the following week.
1.
BCS does not receive any profit from this program – 100% of the rebate goes to the
participating family.  Rebates are posted to tuition statements on the 1st of December,
February and May.
2. Rebates are not transferable once posted to your account and can not be redeemed for
cash. If you wish to give your rebate to another family it must be done prior to the
posting date!
3. The TAPS scrip cards are just like cash. Upon pick up please verify the content accuracy.
Once your order has been picked up, BCS is no longer responsible for the scrip cards. A card
that has not been used for over 60 days will become inactive and cannot be reloaded.
4. Once you have submitted your order online your order can not be changed or refunded! Great
Lakes Scrip Center does an excellent job at preventing backorders, (we have yet to have one)
however, during the holiday season it is my suggestion to get your orders in as soon as
possible.
5. Please read the individual company information for any conditions or policies the company
has designated with the card use. These can be viewed on the back of the card before
ordering.
6. You can also have friends and family earn rebates for your students tuition account. Simply
give them the enrollment form, introduction sheet and registration form and have them set up
their own account just the way you do.
7. There will be a $35 fee for any returned checks and this may result in your expulsion from
the program. This applies to all checks including those placed through Presto Pay. BCS
is charged by the scrip company and will not provide any waivers.

Fingerprinting for
B.C.H.S Drivers
We are requiring all Elementary, Middle School, and High School Drivers (for purposes of Field Trips, Athletics, etc.) to obtain fingerprinting
through the Department of Justice and F.B.I. All drivers K-12 must be
fingerprinted for the 2016-2017 school year to drive students other than
their own child.
To start the fingerprinting process, please contact the office for necessary
forms & suggested locations.

charges a different fee.
To be valid, the fingerprinting process must begin with your department level secretary.
Fingerprinting will stay current for the duration of your child’s enrollment at BCS.
Fingerprinting can take up to 6 weeks to be cleared, so please start
the process ASAP.
