Making a change one family at a time. You should consider Mindful Care Adult Day Services for your loved one if they: • Cannot structure own daily activities • Need companionship or feel isolated • Cannot be left alone by his/her self • Live with someone who works outside home • Educate yourself on your loved ones condition to effectively communicate with your doctor. • Trust Your Instincts. • Lifting, pushing and pulling are all involved, be good to your back.
