TheFundraisingManagerisresponsiblefordevelopingandimplementing
QueenofHeartsCommunityFoundation’sfundraisingstrategy.Theyplayan
integralroleinshapingtheorganisation’sfutureasQueenofHeartsattains
anygovernmentfundinganddiversifiesitsrevenuesources.
TheFundraisingManagerisresponsibleforoverseeinganddrivingall
fundraisingactivities,includingdonations,fundraisingcampaigns,philanthropy,
andinternalcapacitybuilding.Theyleaddecision-makingandworkcloselywith
theChiefExecutiveOfficerandmembersoftheBoard.TheFundraising
Managerisresponsibleformanagingfundraisingactivitiesfromconceptionto
execution.

preventionstrategiesandprograms.

BoardofDirectors,andhasahighlyexperiencedteamofprogram,policy
andadvocacystafflocatedinNewSouthWales.
Inaddition,TheQueenofHeartsCommunityFoundationLimitedhasthe
supportofanextensivenetworkofprofessionals,practitioners,and
concernedindividualswhodonatetheirtimeandexpertisetosupport
theFoundation’spreventionstrategies.

TasksandResponsibilities
1. Fundraising strategy development and implementation
a) LeadthedevelopmentofQueenofHeartsfundraisingstrategy.
b) WorkcloselywiththeChiefExecutiveOfficerandQueenofHeartsBoardto
identifyandprioritisefundraisingactivitiesforshort-,medium-andlong-term
financialviability.
c) Implementthefundraisingstrategyandoverseealladministrationandrecord
keeping.
d) Ensureallcomplianceandreportingrequirementsaremet.
2. Stakeholder relations
a) Buildrelationshipswithrelevantstakeholders,includingserviceproviders,
philanthropictrusts,high-net-worthindividuals,andcorporatepartners.
b) Managerelationshipswithotherstakeholdersasrequired.
3.Corporate partnerships and sponsorship
a) ParticipateintheChildSafetyprogram.
b) Completeactivitiesrelevanttopreparingforandsecuringcorporatepartnersand/or
sponsors.
4.Evaluation and reporting
a) Developclearandcomprehensiveprogressandmilestonereportsonfundraising
strategyimplementationfortheQueenofHeartsBoard.

c)Experiencemanagingarangeoffundraisingactivitiesincludingmajorgifts,
peer-to-peer,communityfundraising,eventsandworkplacegiving.
d)Exceptionalinterpersonalskills,withaproventrackrecordofsuccessfully
cultivatingandmanagingdiversestakeholderrelationships.
e)Exceptionalwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withdemonstrated
experienceinproducingengagingcontentandanabilitytomessagetodiverse
audiences.
f)Demonstrableexperienceinunderstandingandinterpretingdonorandfinancial
data,andusingdatatodrivefundraisingrevenue.
g)Enthusiasmforbeingpartofasmallteaminagrowingorganisation.
