Romantic Ceremony Locations
The gracious ambiance of the Powel Crosley Estate offers several beautiful outdoor
locations for your ceremony. For a more intimate setting, an indoor ceremony in the
Great Room of the mansion is available. Depending upon your ceremony location,
your grand entrance is down the second story staircase or around the estate.

The Great Room offers an intimate dining reception with the
grand vintage décor. Additional guest seating is available in
the den and library.

Butlered Hors'doeuvres or
Stations
Usually five to six Butlered Hors'doeuvres during the one
hour cocktail reception or consider our Presentation
Stations of Bruschetta, Flatbreads, antipasti, seafood or
cheese and charcuterie displays.

Each guest gets a taste of each entrée with
platters of your menu served to each
table. This service eliminates the “buffet”
lines and encourages lively conversation
during the dining service. Each entrée is
served with seasonal vegetables and sides.

Next Steps: View our 30+ videos based upon your style, the season and guests counts on
Milan’s YouTube channel (Click Here). Once you have an general idea of your guest count and favorite
style, call our wedding planners to start customizing your wedding services. Since our wedding
packages are all inclusive. You can schedule a visit at the Sarasota Wedding gallery’s Crosley design
center, visit one of our Open Showcases at the Crosley to see a real wedding, or meet us at the Crosley
for a private tour. Over the course of the planning process, your wedding manager is available to
answer any questions, provide guidance and help you finalize your checklists.
Tastings We offer a complimentary menu tasting for the bride and groom once you secure your
date.
Ceremony Rehearsals Rehearsal times are scheduled through the Crosley; if we are your
wedding planner; then we will be on-site for your ceremony rehearsal.
SAVE the Date Our non-refundable Save the Date booking fee for catering is $800 and is
applied to your final balance. Three months prior to your event, 30% of the estimated charges are due.
Final counts, final decisions and final payments are due ten business days before your event. Our Tried
and True venders require a 50% Save the Date with the balance paid ten business days before your event.
Rentals
We are required to manage all rentals including dinnerware, lighting, tents, and furniture. Our sample
wedding packages included linens, tableware, tables and chairs. We can secure any type of furniture,
rentals and linens you need, just give us the list!
State of Florida Marriage Licenses A Florida Marriage License can be obtained
through any Florida clerk of the Court office. Couples must present valid ids. If you have been married
before, a date that the prior marriage ended. For residents, a three day waiting period and for out of
state residents, no waiting period is required. We always recommend that you check with the Florida
Clerks to make sure the requirements have not changed.
What are the other fees to consider Prices are subject to change and do not
include the 7% sales tax or gratuities. We do not charge a service charge. Lighting for outdoor events is
recommended.
