The Town of White Stone will commence the
sale of town tags at the White Stone Town
Hall located at 433 Rappahannock Drive, on
Monday, March 21st through Wednesday,
March 23rd from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tags
will also be sold on Saturday, March 26th from
9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and on Monday, March
28th through Wednesday, March 30th from 9:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Section §70.15 of the Town’s Code of Ordinances requires:
“All motor vehicles owned by residents or business firms of the town or others, and which are
habitually kept, used, or garaged in the town and
operated on the streets, alleys, or roads thereof,
shall be licensed in accord with this subchapter,
and no person shall drive or operate such a vehicle
within the town unless a current license therefor
has been issued under this subchapter.”

the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, notice
is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Lancaster, Virginia (the
“Board”) will hold a public hearing at 7:00
p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may
be heard, on March 31, 2011 in the Lancaster
County Administration Building, 8311 Mary
Ball Road, Lancaster, Virginia, to consider
the adoption of an Ordinance authorizing the
execution of an intergovernmental agreement
between the Counties of Essex, Lancaster,
Richmond, Westmoreland and the Northern
Neck Planning District Commission, providing
for the creation of a regional ambulance billing
program and a joint entity to exercise oversight
and management of same, to be known as
the Emergency Ambulance Service Revenue
Recovery Board (EASRRB) as more particularly
set forth in the Proposed Ordinance and
Proposed Agreement. Any person interested
in the proposed exchange may appear at the
hearing and present his or her views.
