Discover Your Strengths by the number of years you have worked for MCCD • Introduce yourself • Share a story about a moment you were at your best at South Mountain CC Define talent, theme, and strength. Discuss the role that talent and strength play in the success of top achievers. Identify and define, in basic terms, their own themes of talent.
