BuDhaGirl Press Kit Mindful Glamour BuDhaGirl is Mindful Glamour The day begins. How do you start your day? Ritual or routine? By shifting your focus to the simple things, like remembering to take an extra breath in the morning and taking a moment to visualize and affirm your daily intentions, routines become rituals. Jessica Jesse, co-founder of BuDhaGirl was launched into learning about the advances in Neuroscience and contemplative practices, due to a serious family crisis involving the need to re-focus your brain. This pushed her to create a company that gave people the tools to integrate these simple practices of focus into their daily lives. Allowing them to reap physical and mental rewards by taking the time to pause and add intention back into the tasks we already do. BuDhaGirl is the first fashion company that uses daily rituals to bring mindfulness into people’s everyday lives. We do this through a series of visual intentions and Reminders™. We work with our scientific board comprised of neuroscientists, psychologists, and mindfulness coaches to bring optimum product interaction. Through daily mindful glamour, BuDhaGirl allows people to create their own ritual, by adding intention to the acts they already perform. Choosing a Reminder™ in the morning or pausing to put on the All Weather™ Bangles, allows people to stop and think about what they really want to celebrate and accomplish that day. We provide the physical tools people need to remind them of the importance of being present and mindful throughout their day. Pause. Be Aware. Be it. It’s Simple. It’s BuDhaGirl Our Owners Jessica Jesse Co-founder and Creative Director of BuDhaGirl Jessica Claire Monique Bowers-von Hohenberg Jesse, co-founder of BuDhaGirl™, has deep roots in fashion and design.
