lakunle Soriyan has taken many foolish decisions and has failed many times in life. He spent twelve
years in the university studying a four-year course before he eventually graduated and came out
with a degree. Olakunle Soriyan was slow and is not supposed to be intelligent enough for any level
of relevance. He never had the “misfortune” of been amongst the brightest. He had embraced the lowly
status of a refuse collector and road-side local fumigator; as well as a cheap barbeque man. A full-blown
reed, family black-sheep, insecure, unstable and totally inconsistent, Olakunle Soriyan was a perfect
example of the “unlikely”. By the age of 25, having jettisoned his university education in his final year, twomonths to final exams, Olakunle Soriyan's reputation capital was of a nuisance-value.

Today, however, a question to ask is, “How then did Olakunle Soriyan become critical to the interests of very
intelligent Business and Corporate Leaders, Opinion Leaders, Senators, State Governors, Deputy Governors,
Ministers, Commissioners and Permanent Secretaries at various Consulting and Training interventions as
well as Cabinet Retreats?” Today, credible For-Profit and Non-Profit Organizations from diverse sectors and
industries consistently engage Olakunle Soriyan as a Speaker, Facilitator, Trainer, Negotiator, Mediator and

Third-World. PK is a detailed researcher, development expert, philosopher, instructor, trainer and
consultant of high pedigree, as well as a personal Life Coach, Advisor and Succour-Point to many individuals
and organizations. This is TRANSFORMATION.

Even now, Olakunle Soriyan still make mistakes, and will continue to make mistakes. “I know how the
transformation began”, he says. “I know clearly in my spirit that GOD changed my mind in October, 1995, and
the best way I can describe the effect of the change is to simply say 'I went mad'. By this 'madness', I have
practically stumbled into key relationships, key ideas, theories, philosophies, products, services and even
businesses. In looking at my life, having seen 10years four times with some extras, short as it is at this time,
though I've had the many privilege of delivering results through thorough strategic planning; you may be
shocked by how many foolish mistakes I have made, how many risky and foolish actions I have taken and how
often and strangely, I made some of my best moves not by thorough strategic planning, but rather by accident.
It's almost a model in my life. The little achievements in my life came by this simple assertion. It's grace! I think
this is my pattern. They have happened accidentally but consistently enough for me to establish a mechanism
that will sustain the pattern for the life of our concerns including the business. It works! It keeps us humble, and
helps us to know that the best of ourselves is not always in our head; and the best of us is despite our frailties
and imperfections. Those who seek perfection never see perfect peace. Don't ask me why, but those who accept
their humanity, find amazing levels of strength and genius. I also know that I wouldn't have stumbled into
these things if I wasn't moving. Lets keep moving, in a preferred and necessary direction especially; maybe
we'll keep stumbling and somehow, stumble into key ideas, key relationships, stumble into purpose and destiny
or relevance. If we stumble into failure, then let's keep moving and soon, even failure will become a crucial tool--a necessary ladder. Let's keep moving...seeking and believing…even stumbling.” This is TRANSFORMATION.
