A written decision signed by the committee will be available at the close of the Fair. 2. Where there is no competition in a class, Section or Department, judges reserve the right to award the ribbon they feel is merited. 3. Entries improperly tagged or not conforming to class and/ or departmental rules may be disqualified. 4. Superintendents and judges reserve the right to combine or separate similar classes. 5. Each Department has a “Judging is based upon” statement; if you have questions, please ask. 6. Notwithstanding a judge’s decision, an entry will be disqualified and an award not given if the entrant is not in compliance with the rules regarding residence.
