• Cost does NOT include transportation
to or from Sedona or transportation
while in Sedona (except on guided
tours). Southwest Airline has
exceptional fares, especially if you
check their Internet Specials and a
program called “Ding.” We recommend
you rent a car at Phoenix’s Sky Harbor
airport. It’s a 100-mile drive to Sedona
(Interstate 17). If you intend to explore
Sedona’s off-road trails and sites, a
4-wheel vehicle is highly recommended.
• The Radisson Poco Diablo Resort is a
smokefree environment. Smoking is
permitted in certain outdoor areas only.
• Meals are NOT included. Special
buffets and meals will be available at
the Conference. The Resort has a
restaurant on site and Sedona offers
many outstanding restaurants for all
types of food and prices.

• A $300 deposit is due with
registration ($100 non-refundable).
