GRAD CHAPTER FINANCIAL UPDATE
With the mortgage paid off, the Grad Chapter will start
working with the Beta Phi chapter to plan several
remodeling/updating projects at the house. Top priorities
include the bathroom and the kitchen. The furnace and
AC are ~15 years old and both doors need replacement.
The inside of the house could also use a fresh coat of paint.
We hope to address and complete these needed updates
over the next couple of years.

and has a long history of financial donations with a recent
donation of $500,000. The new Pharmacy Practice Skills
