Transfer Program Curriculum Guide Advisement Code 122 147 Accounting THE PROGRAM The transfer program in Accounting prepares the student to enter a four-year college or university with the business core courses completed and ready to begin upper level accounting coursework. In addition, by completing the requirements for the Associate of Science degree at Kishwaukee College, students entering a four-year public university in Illinois will have fulfilled the general education requirements at that institution. Check with the four-year college or university to which you plan to transfer for specific course transferability and school requirements. For a listing of the complete A.S. degree requirements, see the Mathematics, Science and Business Division Office or the Kishwaukee College catalog. The recommended courses listed should be reviewed with a faculty advisor/counselor to determine applicability toward Kishwaukee College degree requirements as well as bachelor degree requirements of the four-year institution to which the student will transfer. All graduation and degree requirements for the Kishwaukee College A.S. degree must be satisfied.
