DESCRIPTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS
The site is improved with a full-service motel, free-standing
restaurant, and storage warehouse. The first phase of the
motel was built in 1963 with subsequent additions in 1983.
The restaurant building was constructed in 1981 with a
second floor being added in 1990. The storage warehouse is
estimated to be 44 years old.

All of the buildings are built on concrete perimeter
foundations. The motel has a combination of wood frame
and concrete block construction, while the restaurant and
warehouse are of wood frame construction. The motel has
wood siding, brick wainscoting, and sculpted cedar shingles
on its exterior. There is channel plywood siding on the rear of
the building. The restaurant has wood siding with extensive
window glazing. The storage warehouse has vinyl siding.
Of the 62 rooms, 32 have kitchenettes with laminate
countertops, four burner range/oven, under counter
refrigerator, and sink.
The storage warehouse interior is partially finished with
some vinyl floor covering, sheetrock walls and ceiling. The
unfinished areas have plywood floors and open stud walls
with no insulation.
Heat is provided by an oil fired hot water boiler with
baseboard registers in the motel and restaurant areas. The
warehouse is partially heated. There is no HVAC system.
Electrical service is 110/220 with adequate switching,
receptacles, and light fixtures. There is a fire sprinkler
system.
