Check-in is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.

The Riverside Cottage is designed for two (2).
Tree Tops is designed for four (4).
The Loading Dock Guest House is designed for six (6).
The Stone Cottage is designed for eight (8).

How much is the deposit?
Zero! We don’t require a deposit, however, we do require a credit card to
have on file.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Is there a 2 night minimum?
Yes, May - October.

Can I cook?
Absolutely! All properties are stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and
serving utensils, and equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, oven,
microwave and charcoal grill. Don’t forget the charcoal!

Is smoking allowed inside?
No, all properties are NON-SMOKING. Please smoke outside.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
With two weeks notice, there is no penalty for a cancellation. Without two
weeks notice, you will be charged a fee equal to the full balance due.

Check in at the Loading Dock Bar & Grill located at 401 East Front Street.

How do I check out?
Upon check-out, please leave the front door unlocked and place the key on
the kitchen table. Don’t forget to sign the guest book!
