Many veterans have a difficult time adjusting to life back home after they’ve been deployed. Getting help There are 27 community mental health centers (CMHCs) in Kansas with offices in almost every county. If VA services aren’t easy to access in your area, or if you’d just prefer to seek services somewhere else, contact your local CMHC.
