Who is Special Districts Association of Oregon (SDAO)?
SDAO is the association representing and advocating on behalf of all special districts in Oregon. Established in 1979, SDAO was

Loading and Unloading
Exhibitors should use the Great Hall Conference
Center entrance when loading and unloading their
materials. Vehicles are to be moved immediately
after unloading.
Parking
Parking is available in the parking lot between the
Homestead building and the Great Hall Conference
Center.
Set-Up
Exhibitor set-up is on Thursday, February 4 from
3-6pm in the Great Hall Conference Center at
Sunriver Resort located at 17600 Center Drive. The
trade show begins at 7:30am on Friday, February 5,
2016.
When you arrive, look for your company name on a
placard at your exhibit location. If you are unable to
find your placard, please check in with SDAO staff at
the conference registration desk.
We are unable to store display material and/or show
merchandise. All related equipment, crates, etc. may
not arrive on premises before Thursday, February
4 at 3pm, and must be removed from the premises
and returned no later than Friday, February 5 at
10pm.
Exhibitor display locations are selected by SDAO staff
according to type of display, product/service, and
exhibitor requirements. Be sure to verify the display
information on your registration form, as the size
and type of your display (tabletop or freestanding
booth) will be considered in determining your
location.
Tear-Down
We ask that exhibitors wait to tear down until after
the close of the Exhibitor Reception at 6pm on
Friday, February 5, 2016.
Door Prizes
Due to Oregon’s ethics laws, exhibitors providing
door prizes need to limit items to $50 value or less.
Admission to Educational & Social Events
If space permits, exhibit personnel may attend
educational sessions. They are welcome to attend
meal functions for which they are pre-registered.

registration desk during the conference.
