FUZE™ Stroller Bassinet
WARNING:
Failure to follow these warnings and instructions
could result in serious injury or death.
FALL HAZARD:
• To help prevent falls, do not use this product when the
infant begins to push up on hands and knees, roll over,
or has reached 15 lb whichever comes first.
• NEVER leave child unattended.
• Child’s movement can slide product.
NEVER use near stairs, edges of counter tops,
tables, or other elevated surfaces.
• NEVER use this product as a means to transport
an infant in a motor vehicle.
• NEVER MOVE, LIFT OR CARRY BASSINET
WHILE CHILD IS IN IT.
• This bassinet is only designed to be used with FUZE
Stroller frame. ALWAYS ensure that the bassinet
is secure to base.
• ALWAYS use on flat, stable surfaces.

SUFFOCATION HAZARD:
Infants have suffocated:
• In gaps between an extra pad and side of the bassinet.
• On soft bedding/surfaces
• NEVER add a mattress, pillow, comforter or padding.
Use ONLY the pad provided by Summer Infant.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed
on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
• Product can roll over on soft surfaces and suffocate child. NEVER place product on bed, sofas or other soft surfaces.
• Children have strangled in cords. Keep this product more than 3 feet away from ANY cord, especially blinds and curtains.
• Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string around a child’s neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords.
Do not suspend strings over a bassinet or cradle or attach strings to toys.
• Do not use this bassinet if you cannot exactly follow the accompanying instructions.
• Check this bassinet regularly before using it and do not use it if any parts are loose or missing or if there are any signs of
damage. Do not substitute parts. Contact the manufacturer if replacement parts or additional instructions are needed.
Cleaning & Maintance:
Surface wash, air dry. No bleach.

Assembling your Stroller Bassinet:
Locking Slots
Steel Support Rods
Step 1: Unfasten fabric cover and
push aside to reveal support rods
inside of bassinet frame.
Step 2: Slide support rods out until they
pop and lock into slots on the floor board.
Step 4: Attach Canopy to Stroller
Bassinet frame opposite Cover Snaps.
Place clips on frame bar and push down
to lock. Place Canopy end over bassinet
and attach hook & loop fasteners.
Step 5: Align handle with mounts
and slide in to lock. Press button
and lift to unlock.

Step 3: Refasten fabric cover then
insert the mattress pad into the bassinet.
Make sure both bars are
securely locked in place.
Pull up on handle to make sure it is properly locked.
NOTE: NEVER LIFT OR CARRY BASSINET WHILE CHILD IS IN IT.
Attaching to Stroller
Step 6: Attach Cover to Stroller Bassinet
frame. Place the closed end of the cover
over the bottom of the bassinet and pull
the cover towards the top of the bassinet.
Fasten the snaps to the bassinet and attach
hook & loop fasteners.
Removing from Stroller
CLICK!
Step 1: Align Stroller Bassinet rear facing with seat
mounts on frame and press down to lock.
NOTE: Pull up on bassinet to make sure it is properly locked.
Step 1: Press both side buttons in and lift up at the same
time to remove bassinet from the stroller.
