BLAUVERD CONSTRUCTION OF HABITATS SLU is a company that belongs to the
BLAUVERD group that has been carrying out activities in this section of
construction since 1986 with large and consolidated background.
The Central Head quarters of the company is located in Alzira (Valencia), Spain with
delegations, as well, in Torreblanca (Castellón), Benidorm (Alicante) y Almería,
Which enables us to cover an extensive geographical zone that extends along the
Mediteranean Coast from Cataluña to Andalucía
The main resource of the company consists of a Human team. It´s because of them
all these years we have been able to use profesionals with wide and proved
experience in the area of construction and we have decidedly dedicated to the
continuous training of all technitians and operators. Therefore during the past 5
years, the average headcount has been 174 persons.

The activity of the company is divided into four large areas:
Industrial and Comercial Construction:
The main activity of the company in which we are authentic specialists and
pioneers, having actively and significantly contributed to the development and the
evolution to the industrial edification of the Valencian region over the past 25
years,with over 600 buildings. We embrace all aspects of the construction of
industrial warehouses, and commercial buildings, including state of the art
construction processes and being able to manage the projects completely at any
stage.
Amongst our most important works we can highlight:

Maintance and alter sales service:
We have a structure of vertical integration and our own staff which permits us to develop
permanent maintenance work and refurbishments for our customers, and provide them with an
after-sales service after finalizing our works This service is offered to the clients in all the work
areas. So, we have a warehouse of 3.000 m2 to store material and tools , in Alzira, from where we
co-ordinate all maintenance jobs and express services according to the demands of our clients
Actually we have 15 operators involved permanently in this service..
In all areas we direct our activity both for private and public organizations.
Thanks to the diversification of our activities, Our potential as a constructor radicates from being
able to solve any construction challenge, facing the possible perspectives, as we are capable to
conjugate experience obtained from three production areas to obtain the best results in the
projects we tackle.

you to see how urgent, the work is, the kind of work needed and
information on how to reach the place.

less than two hours, to inspect the incident and find a solution,
calculating approximately the cost and time needed.
² A solution will be found for the problem that same day..
² The work done under this section will be invoiced to the administration

The structure of the Warehouse is precast concrete. The façade walls are blocks finished with a single
layer coat up to 4 m height, and the rest with Atenea sheeting. The warehouse sidewalls are made up
with reinforced concrete panels laid on edge. The roof is made up of sandwich panel with
polisocianurate (PIR) isolation. The office building is made with reinforced concrete on site structure
and with inverted T section hanging beams, which support the pre-stressed concrete planks. The
facade walls are made of different materials: curtain wall, ventilated facade with a trespa panel,
thermic clay with single layer coat and Atenea sheet brise-soleils. The offices have access to six
indoor green areas.

section is made up of asphalt aggregate with a 8cm thick S-25 binder layer and
a 5 cm thick D-12 lime stone wheeling top layer. The area supplies a separative
(waste water-rain water) sewage network, with a 800 m long drainage system
connected to a natural ditch by means of a corrugated PVC pipe 1 meter in
diameter laid with a maximum incline of

DESCRIPTION:
This Work was contracted with the developer Planet Beach, in the frame of
an isolated performance program, with a surface of 25.000 M2. It consists
of three roads with 3.000 m2 of carriageway and 1.000 m2 of sidewalks. The
street section is made up of asphalt aggregate with a 4cm thick G-20
binder layer and a 4 cm thick D-12 lime stone wheeling top layer. The area
supplies a single sewage system, a piping and conduit system was left
prepared for its connection to the Marines collector by means of a
corrugated PVC pipe laid with a maximum incline of 0,3%. The external
works of infrastructures connection in the area also include a MT electrical
wiring system 1200 m long, with crossroad crossing the Marines road.

DESCRIPTION:
This work is undertaken by request of Construcciones Blauverd, and consists of urbanization works of the
Execution Unit nº1 of sector 2, with a surface of 124.000 M2. . It consists of five roads with 36.000 m2 of
carriageways and 11.000 m2 of sidewalks. The street section is made up of asphalt aggregate with a 6cm thick
G-20 binder layer and a 4 cm thick S-12 lime stone wheeling top layer. In the primary drives the cross section is
increased to 10+5. The area supplies a separative (waste water-rain water) sewage network, with a 800 m long
drainage system connected to a natural ditch by means of a reinforced concrete pipe 1,2 meters in diameter,
square frames and with a single discharge point. The main challenge was the deep incline of the ground, and
although there are roads adapted to the contour slopes on parallel levels there are also perpendicular
connecting roads on the perimeter of the area which generate jumping levels of up to 6 m. from one road to its
immediate parallel, leading to interior and periferic roads of high pitch.During the work the connections of the
sector were also taken into account in a road of1,5 km of primary connection net with CV70, 20 metres wide
with two lanes in either direction and central reserve, a bicycle lane and basin irrigations in sidewalks and
median.

This work is done, as the previous one, is carried out by , Construcciones Blauverd and comprises urbanization Works under
the units n°2 and n°3 of sector 2, with a surface of 420.000 M2.It is made up of over 25 roads with 60.000 m2 of
carriageways and 44.000 m2 of sidewalks 21000 m2 of concretet pavement in parkings and pedestrian lanes The road
sectionis the same as the last one The area supplies a separative (waste water-rain water) sewage network, with a 800 m long
drainage system connected to a natural ditch by means of a reinforced concrete pipe 1,2 meters in diameter, square frames
and on-site concrete canals with 2 discharge points, one of them running through the urbanization La Alberca, in the territory
of La Nucia. As with the previous work, the main challenge was the deep incline of the ground, huge bench volumes, a natural
ground composition of highly compacted gravel and rock stripes, resorting to medium size trenching machines for the
drainage network. Here as well we find roads adapted to the contour slopes on parallel levels and perpendicular connecting
roads on the perimeter of the area which generate jumping levels of up to 12 m. from one road to its immediate parallel. The
parallel and perimeter roads present a deep incline.. Also present within the area are gorge canalizations, with the
construction of pipe bays.

On behalf of the municipality of Polop de La Marina, South discharge system is executed upon approval of the General Plan,
which connects the industrial sector of Polop and residential sectors, with the collector that pours into the treatment plant.
The collector length is 1750 ml, and passes through an industrial area fully consolidated, with heights up to 6m excavation,
shoring and beams to work on land and sometimes compact rock, using as much as the trencher through excavation, leading
to run two passes of trencher to achieve the desired width. Different types have been used for the pipe material: reinforced
concrete pipe, diameter 1.5 m, in 1372 ml of driving pipe reinforced polyester fiberglass 1.0 m in diameter at 100 m, placed twice
canal and drain connections to polyethylene pipe 0.5 m in diameter. 24 wells have been completed ventilation and reinforced
concrete ledge to 5m deep and 14 catch basins of the same depth.
