AWARDS PRESENTATION
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW....
All cars must pass through the main show entrance for registration procedures, and then will be directed to park by the VMOA show
committee. Due to field constrictions, trailered cars will be directed to a separate area for unloading.
Event Dash Plaque to first 200 show entries.
Spectators are free!
NO 'FOR SALE' SIGNS, carpets, mirrors, canopies, or jack stands are allowed on the show field (NOTE: There will be adequate shade in the
vendor area under the solar panels).
CARS MUST REMAIN ON THE SHOW FIELD THROUGH JUDGING IN ORDER TO
BE CONSIDERED FOR TROPHY CONTENTION.
We will present the awards for the Car Show on the show grounds at 2:00PM. There will be an awards procession for the first
place car in each class.
REFRESHMENTS
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR BBQ GRILLS ARE ALLOWED ON THE CAR SHOW PREMISES.

JUDGING PROCEDURES: Participant's Choice (Peer Judging) is the process of having your car judged against
other cars, by your PEERS. "PEERS" are defined as the owners and drivers of other Mustangs and Fords in the Show.
As a car show participant, you will be given only one (1) ballot per car entry, to vote for your choice of car in each and all classes by
writing the car's entry number in the appropriate class box. No other ballots will be given out; therefore, only car show participants
will be allowed to vote. Your car will be judged only by other "MUSTANG-SAVVY" people, such as yourself. You use your own
standards to determine the judging criteria for each class.
The judging deadline is 12:00PM SHARP! See the ballot box at the club information booth.
